Hello,**I have booked up a domestic flight and I am trying to change the flight dates*hours for my flight but I cannot do this online for some reason. I get the message that there is a difference in VAT and it does not allow me to proceed. I have checked the online FAQs and this type of flight does not appear to be excluded from online changes. How can I get a clearer message on the change fees that I want to add. I got conflicting information from the online chat a price for changing the tickets that is * times more expensive than just getting new tickets. There is a big group of people I am travelling with that are looking into changing the flight date and would like to know if the change is worth it.
