Hi, I have been trying to get a refund on your website since the **th Sept. My name is Shelah Macrae, I had booked flights for ******* from Limoges to London Stansted, which I took. FR****. My return flight was for ******* London Stansted to Limoges. Unfortunately my Father died on the **th Sept. So I went on your live chat, to explain the situation. They told me to wait for the death certificate, which I did, I went on the website and filled in the form including the death certificate. The error message says "As per our general Terms and Conditions of carriage, article **.*, as your date of travel exceeds ** days no refund is due! So as you can imagine I am really upset at the moment, I thought I had made an error. So I tried again and again, with family members to check all the information was correct and it was. However, the same error comes up. I tried the live chat again, to no avail, they just direct me back to the webpage.. Please, please can you help me, as I am too stressed to continue with this, but am not rich enough to loose money. I don't know when I will return to France, probably later in Oct, depends how my Mum is..Mobile ***** ******. Kind regards Shelah Macrae
