The issue in GetHuman-niclasf's own words
Hey there! I was flying with the Ryan Air Flight* FR**** on the **th of July from Lisbon T* to Berlin Schoenefeld. *We were supposed to take off at *:**pm which was prosponed to *:**pm. At this point we were still waiting. At *:** we got carried over to the other side of the airplanefield with a bus, to get in the airplane, just to sit down there and get told that we might have to wait another * *** hours. So instead of *:**pm we took off at **:**pm. We've landed in Berlin at *:**am.*The Ryan-Air crew was friendly enough to tell us that we can get a refund for the flight, when it gets prosponed more than * hours, which was the case. *Now Ryan-Air doesn't reply to my mails and the live chat service of them apparently "Can't help me with that". *Can you maybe ? **Best regards, *Niclas Findeis
