I got my flight **** (**th July) cancelled and with no reason given. Your customer service at the airport was very very very bad and they were not able to book me another flight. I had to book another flight with another company * days later. I’ve lost part of my holiday and that also caused me a lot of inconvenience and extra and I am furious!!! I got my money back for the flight but it’s not enough!!!! I paid £*** with easyJet! You should pay for my second flight as it’s way more expensive! Also the other expenses such as train tickets from London to Gatwick for the second flight. Please let me know how I can send you the receipts*bank statement to have my money back. I really hope you can solve the issue otherwise I will take it further. Thanks
