The issue in GetHuman-jeanjrus's own words
booked a flight through direct flights, and have not recivied a confirmation email. And unfortunatley I did not write the refererence number down as i was expecting the confirmation email. The flight is paid for as i have checked my credit card. I had an email from direct flights saying i havent collected my tickets from my basket so the transaction is not completed. Direct flights are not open until Monday I am not able to ring them as I am work. My son mark Rust is the passenger booked on the flight is due to fly from Eastmidlands on the *st of August at**.* am to Krackoff. I am very concerned that he is not booked on that flight of which I have paid for I need the reference to check on line and print the boarding passes, can you please help
