Prenotazione: *STZZFC*Status: CONFERMATO **Dear sirs,**this is to inform you that my previous email to Ryanair (dating June, **th) hasn’t been answered yet. **According to your website all complaints and requests are answered within two weeks, which is not this case.**You haven’t refunded me of what asked in the above mentioned email and I must add further compensation to what previously asked:***.***€ per day for the lack of food and beverages which ended up in physical and psychological distress. **.****€ per day (***€ on the whole for the * days) for each day off work**I do invite you to contact me as soon as possible in order to compensate for the violation of passengers’ rights.**In case I do not get any answer soon, I will feel compelled to denounce the whole thing to the relevant authorities.**Yours faithfully
