I called Customer Service for a replacement card since my original card strip will not register in the ATM's. I received my replacement card with the same card number but different CVV* and expiration date. The new card will not activate, I chatted with several horrible customer service rept. who only told me to wait **, ** and ** hours for escalations to manually activate it. It has been * days and nothing has happened and my new replacement card is still pending activation and NO ONE can tell me anything but wait **, ** and ** hours. I have NO MONEY and rent and bills are DUE. We are in the middle of a Pandemic and RushCard has no Supervisors, Live Person, Escalations number or nothing to get this issue resolved. You can bet after this experience I will be cancelling this horrible as Pre-paid card. I really need my new replacement card activated ASAP! I don't want to hear any more apologies from this company.
