I sent a package via recorded delivery on the 1st of December, and it's now been over two weeks with no delivery. When checking the online tracking, it only shows 'we have it,' indicating the post office received it. The concerning part is that it seems the package was posted but not signed for. Unfortunately, I included £[redacted] in the package, making it crucial for me to figure out its whereabouts. Thank you.

I needed a coronavirus test for travel, so I received a home kit from a local lab via courier. The test needs to be done within 72 hours of the trip. I completed the test and sent it using a priority mail service that collects mail 4-5 times a day. The address was only 90 minutes away. The package had 24-hour tracked postage and was labeled as a "COVID TEST," which should give it priority, as per the UK Government. Unfortunately, the tracking never updated. After a 40-minute phone call, Royal Mail informed me they couldn't locate the test. The lab hasn't received it, causing me to miss the test deadline for my flight. I've lost £[redacted] on the test and may not be able to fly home for Christmas due to the delayed results. Even if the test is found, it won't be valid as it hasn't been refrigerated for 3 days. Christmas ruined, thanks!

I ordered an item from a company in the USA which arrived in my country. An attempted delivery was made but no one was available, and there was no card left to arrange redelivery. The supplier sent me a link to the Royal Mail website to schedule redelivery using the tracking reference provided. However, when I tried to input the tracking number, it was rejected. Without the supposed card left by Royal Mail, it's challenging to proceed because I can't reach a human representative and there's no chat service available. I contacted the supplier to confirm the tracking number's accuracy. The item, a Christmas gift for someone in Oxford, is currently in London, and I have an alternate delivery address in mind but no way to communicate it.

My order with tracking number QA[redacted]20GB has been stuck at the Glasgow Mail Centre since December 4th, [redacted], and it's currently on hold. I've tried contacting Royal Mail via phone and their website, but so far have not received a satisfactory response. They mentioned that it's in the system and should be sent to our local Mail Centre, but that was already a week ago. With Christmas approaching, I am concerned about the delay and would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. It can be frustrating dealing with automated responses; speaking to a person directly would be more helpful in this situation.

I returned a parcel to an Amazon seller on 12 November [redacted], but it hasn't been delivered yet. Both I (the sender) and the recipient have used the reference number (NY [redacted] [redacted] GB) from my post office receipt to track the parcel, but your system is stating "DOESN'T RECOGNIZE" each time. I've been trying to resolve this issue for several days now. I am 83 years old, feeling extremely stressed and exhausted. I attempted to track the parcel online using various sites, but without success. I also tried reaching out via phone call, but was unable to speak to a live person, which has been very frustrating. I need help with this situation as soon as possible!

I shipped a package from Harrogate on Thursday, November 26th, through the Post Office to Dubai, UAE. While your website states that the item departed the UK on Friday, November 27th, there have been no additional updates. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the current location of the item and details of your local delivery partner so that I can reach out to them directly.

I received a package on December 7th at 8:59 am. The parcel was from eBay. My order indicates that the package has been delivered, but I have not received anything. Checking the tracking information confirms its delivery. I have contacted the eBay seller who instructed me to get a complaints reference number. I have been calling for a week, waiting on hold for over an hour each time. Could you please assist me with this issue? This package is a Christmas gift.

I was supposed to receive a crucial package from Wiltshire Council on Wednesday, December 16th, but it has yet to arrive. I am also awaiting another letter from my MP's office. Although I may have discouraged the postman from delivering further items, I am concerned about the delays. My mental health has been deteriorating, and I am feeling overwhelmed by recent events. I received a Royal Mail card stating that the item was not correctly stamped. I proceeded to pay the specified £2.00 online and received a receipt with a reference number. Despite this, the parcel was not delivered on the agreed-upon day. When I checked online using the reference number provided, it was not correct. I am anticipating a package containing a prescription for my glasses and would like to confirm if this package is the one in question or just a Christmas card. I am unsure about the status of the paid item that was scheduled for delivery on December 19th.

Hello Royal Mail, I would like to inquire about your procedures for delivering medication from online pharmacy2you to customers' homes. I placed an order on 1.12.20 and received it two weeks later on 14.12.20. Unfortunately, the delay caused me to purchase alternative medication for my serious medical condition. I ordered two pairs of trainers from eBay, but I missed the delivery on two attempts. After requesting redelivery from Royal Mail on December 11, [redacted], the seller messaged me claiming the item had been delivered and signed for. However, I never received it on the specified redelivery date of December 18, despite being at home. I received an email confirmation from Royal Mail for the redelivery with details of the parcel, including the reference number, original and redelivery address, and the number of items. The email also mentioned expected delivery times and provided contact information in case of any issues.

I urgently need help. On 14/12/20, I sent my old British passport via first-class recorded Signed for services at Gordon Road Post Office in Ilford. It was supposed to arrive the next day, but the passport office has not received it yet. I am desperate for assistance as I need to travel to Africa for my late father's burial. I reside in Holland. My details are as follows: Name: Frits Groenewold Address: Herman Costerstraat [redacted], 2571pm Den Haag, Holland/Netherlands Email: [redacted] I purchased an item on eBay on November 12, [redacted], from a reputable seller. The item was shipped to Holland via Royal Mail and arrived on November 18. On December 12, I contacted the seller as I had not received the item yet and requested for tracking information. On December 13, the seller provided me with the tracking number: RN[redacted]79GB, which revealed that the parcel was sent to Holland, reached there, but was then redirected to New York the following day. The seller mentioned attempting to reach out to Royal Mail to address this before Brexit, after which additional import taxes apply to items from outside the EU. No response has been received from Royal Mail yet. You can track the item using the link provided. I hope that if the item is located and re-sent to me in Holland, I will not incur additional costs. I recently had three parcels sent to me. One was sent on the 7th of December, and the other two were sent on the 8th of December. While two have been delivered, RN543480GB has not arrived yet. After tracking the parcel, I found that it arrived at the Little Harwood Post Office on the 8th of December at 11:23 AM. The same day, at 11:43 AM, it was being prepared by the sender, and at 6:33 PM, it was dispatched to Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre in Preston. On the 9th of December, it was received by Royal Mail in Langley at 11:52 AM. On the Spanish Correos site, it shows that on the 10th of December at 00:09, it left the exchange office for its destination. However, the receiver has not acknowledged receiving it, so it seems to be lost or delayed somewhere. The shipment contains Christmas items, and it is important to me. Thank you for your assistance. I received an email on 17/12/20 stating that my parcel with order reference PZ[redacted]75GB would be delivered that day. I haven't received any updates on this parcel, which is a gift for a child for Christmas. I need to know the status of the delivery urgently. I tried calling the phone line [redacted] 70 [redacted] but kept getting redirected to the same unhelpful message. I also attempted to text as instructed, but the message failed to send. I sent a package yesterday using Special Delivery by 1pm with tracking number VE[redacted]38GB for guaranteed delivery today. The recipient hasn't received it yet. Tracking shows it arrived at Gatwick around 8pm last night, which is the latest information available. I realize Royal Mail is busy, but Special Delivery should ensure next-day delivery. I am inquiring about my parcel with tracking number RN[redacted]65GB. Your system shows it was delivered to your partner on December 8th. However, upon contacting your partner, they claim they never received it and have no backlog. This parcel was meant to be a Christmas gift for my children, and as a result, they had an empty Christmas tree. I purposely sent it early to avoid delays. I have spoken to one of your agents who denies having the parcel. Could it be with Customs? I urgently need information as this has affected my children's Christmas. When using UPS/DPD/TNT, I never experience delays like this. Waiting 20 days to make a claim is unreasonable. I eagerly await your response as reports suggest the issue lies on your end.

The parcel's tracking status shows it reached Sofia on December 17th but remains there. The tracking message indicates an error with the parcel code. I mailed a second-class small parcel on 4/12/[redacted], ensuring it would arrive in time for Christmas. The postage label clearly displayed the post code "TA2 7LN," and the full address was visible along with the post code. The postage cost was £3.10. Unfortunately, the parcel did not reach its destination by Christmas and was returned to me on 29/12/[redacted] with a label stating "address incomplete." Some item had adhered to the parcel, removing the number and first letter of the first address line. However, the post code was still visible on both the address and the postage label.
