Find out where my item is ... A Royal Mail card was put through our letter box. "item not correctly stamped". Went on line, paid the £*.** specified and was emailedt a receipt together with a Ref. Number. Parcel*package* letter not deliverd on the specified day. Went on line - Ref. No. - not correct!! I am expecting a prescription package for glasses and would like to know if this was the said item, or, just a Christmas card. Where is the item that I paid for to be deliverd on **th Decemember?
It may be a prescription for new eye glasses
