I have not received my tracked item today with tracking number NV[redacted]26GB. It was posted yesterday. The lady who posted mine also sent the same item to others who have all received theirs today, except for mine. This is the second time she has sent me this item. The first one was sent on Friday, the 12th in the morning, first class without tracking. It was supposed to arrive on Saturday but has not come yet, even today, on Tuesday, the 16th. I've received nothing from both the tracked and non-tracked items she posted. The lady sent the same item to others who all got theirs. Why haven't I received my items yet?

I'm experiencing delivery issues with my package sent with tracking number NU[redacted]05GB. The postman encountered difficulty with my postbox and redirected the package to a different post office. Despite multiple attempts to contact the post office, I haven't been able to retrieve the package, which was later sent to yet another post office nearby. I've tried arranging redelivery online, but the process has been unsuccessful, leading to further complications. Despite scheduling additional redelivery attempts and reaching out to various contact numbers, I've been unable to speak to a representative to address the situation promptly. As I am currently out of the country, the delay in receiving the package, containing important documents, is causing significant inconvenience and reflects poorly on our business. The lack of communication and difficulty in retrieving the package is frustrating, and I urgently require assistance to resolve this issue.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with a parcel that was sent by a customer. The customer had sent important documents to Canterbury Benefit Centre via recorded delivery on May 20, [redacted]. The parcel was delivered the next day, May 21, [redacted], at 1:23 pm and was signed for by an individual with the initials SM. The tracking reference number for this parcel is NJ[redacted]93GB. I am trying to track the whereabouts of this parcel, as it was delivered to Canterbury Benefit Centre Mail Handling site A, postcode WV98 2EA. However, when I checked the GPS location, it shows Easter Park on Worcester Rd. in Kidderminster, which is confusing as the parcel seems to have gone missing. The customer is understandably very concerned as the documents are originals, so I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter urgently. I placed an order that was posted on June 11th via second class ordinary delivery. Typically, this should have arrived within 2-3 working days, but given the current situation and potential delays due to short-staffing at Royal Mail, I allowed for up to a week. After contacting the sender, they provided a Royal Mail tracking number and confirmed the item is in the system. According to Royal Mail, an update will only be provided when the item is ready for delivery. Despite checking the tracking section on their website, the status remains the same. I tried calling Royal Mail at 0[redacted], but the number appears to be unobtainable. How can I determine when my overdue item is expected to be delivered?

Hello, I'm Dina Vacarciuc. I was expecting a parcel from Russia with tracking number RO[redacted]06RU. I am perplexed as to why the Royal Mail office in Newport, Isle of Wight, sent the parcel back to Heathrow Worldwide DC the next day without attempting to reach me, especially when the sender provided my email address and phone number. I would like to understand this situation fully before escalating it to Royal Mail Newport customer services for further assistance.

I have not received a package that shows delivered, despite always being at home due to lockdown. The postal worker confirmed they would have handed it directly to someone. Another package was mistakenly delivered in the past, but the tracking showed delivery to a different address. Details: Tracking Number: LX[redacted]23CN. Address: The Beeches, Laymore, Winsham, Chard, Somerset, TA20 4NT. I hope for a resolution soon.

Hello, I sent a small parcel on 19/6/20 with tracking number [redacted]-67E7-010F-EBBC. It has not been delivered yet. The tracking status says an update will be provided when RM attempts to deliver the item. I am confused about this status. I paid for a service and need to know where my parcel is because I had to refund my customer for non-receipt. I already contacted customer service and tried calling multiple times, but I keep getting cut off. Thank you.

Hello, I am Foysal Farvez from Rich Space PFC at [redacted] Hornsey Road, London N19, 3QL. I have been facing issues with missing letters. I visited the [redacted]/[redacted] Road Mail Office on 04/07/[redacted] and informed the manager that we are new leaseholders since March [redacted]. However, important documents such as 2 bank statements, 2 council letters, 1 company house letter, gas and electricity bills, and personal letters have not reached us. After leaving my contact information, the manager promised to look into the matter but hasn't provided any updates. This week, two more letters have gone missing. I am concerned and seeking assistance via email now. I have also conducted a test by sending two letters to check if they would reach my address, but sadly, these letters have also gone missing. I am attempting to locate a large envelope I shipped to Greece from the Worcester Post Office on June 27th. Unfortunately, my attempts to track and trace it have been unsuccessful, leaving me very frustrated. The envelope was addressed to The Avra Beach Hotel in Nydri, Lefkada [redacted], GREECE, with the reference number LP[redacted]23GB. This particular package was meant for a child's 5th birthday, making its delivery especially important. I am contacting you regarding a lost package with tracking number RN[redacted]18GB and reference number 1/[redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. My mother, Ann, received two letters about the package. Sara Lewis mentioned it was found and would be returned to the sender, while Ian Brigham requested proof of purchase. After speaking to a helpful lady who also mentioned needing proof of purchase, my mother indicated the letter asked for a purchase slip or a bank statement. I have attached a bank statement from the purchase of a Tablet at MediaMrkt in Spain in [redacted]. We would appreciate it if the package could be located and sent to either my mother at NETHERCLEAVE, UMBERLEIGH, N DEVON EX37 9AD, or back to the original Spanish address: Apdo de Correos [redacted], [redacted] Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz. Hello, I would like to inquire about the seriousness of your customer service. It has been a frustrating experience trying to reach your support line, as I have had to call three times and navigate various options just to wait over 30 minutes. Your automated system even disconnected me without explanation. This level of service is unacceptable. My package seems to be lost, and despite my efforts over the past few days, I have not been able to resolve this issue. GLS informed me that my package never entered their system, suggesting it may have gone missing before reaching the German delivery service. The tracking number in question is RN[redacted]00GB, which does not appear in their system. I kindly request your assistance in locating my package and reaching out to me promptly with a solution. Hello, I am Kevin, a Royal Mail customer. Today, on the 28th of July at 2 PM, I was anticipating a delivery. Surprisingly, my neighbor from the first floor alerted me that the package had been left at my doorstep while I was unaware. Fortunately, the building's secure buzzer system prevented any theft. Although I did not receive any notification regarding the drop-off, my neighbor kindly delivered the package to me, maintaining a safe distance. Despite my mild learning difficulties, I understand the precautions taken for safety amid the current situation. I own a small business creating sprays infused with sound. On 8th July, I shipped 6 sprays to a customer from my local post office in Milnthorpe, Cumbria, and have the certificate of posting. After contacting the customer two weeks ago to inquire about the sprays, she mentioned they hadn't arrived yet. The delay was due to her assuming I hadn't sent the order. In my 15 years of business, this is the first time an order has gone missing. While I will resend the order, I believe it's fair to request reimbursement for the parcel's cost. I recently received an email from my supplier with the tracking number NV[redacted]76GB for my package. Despite checking the tracking website daily, it consistently showed the package at The Stow P.O with no progress. Yesterday, it suddenly indicated delivery on 27/7, but the signature was unreadable and the recipient name shown as "Galkin" instead of "Glackin." Following the instructions on the website, I contacted the sender who confirmed the correct tracking number and suggested checking with neighbors. Today, the tracking site still shows my package at Stow PO, causing frustration as Royal Mail is unreachable by phone currently. Hello, I am a Cleaning Assistant at a hospital. I recently applied for a replacement and change of address on my driving license. On the 13th of July, I visited the post office to send my form, including all required documents but did not receive a reference number for the return envelope. The postman only gave me the reference number Nv[redacted]55GB, and I was unaware that having a reference for the return envelope was necessary. I paid for the service without this knowledge. My form and ID were sent to DVLA with the provided reference number. I received my driving license on the 18th of July but have not yet received my ID back. DVLA advised me to contact Royal Mail, which I am currently doing. I am willing to cover any costs for Royal Mail to return my ID. My name is Dorathy Chioma Madu. I canceled an order from the USA, but the item was still sent to me. Today, a card was left stating there is a parcel for me to collect with a fee of £28.21. I do not want to pay for or collect this parcel. I believe it will be returned to the sender after 21 days. Can you confirm this for me? I also need proof that the parcel was returned to the sender for my credit card claim against fraudulent charges. The parcel reference is Packet LX[redacted]00 US, dated 11.08.[redacted], currently with Sandhurst Delivery Office, 8 Vulcan Way, Sandhurst GU47 9XX. Hello Royal Mail, I recently sent a care package to my boyfriend containing fizzy drinks, snacks, and a little bear. Unfortunately, I mistakenly input the wrong house address, causing the package to be delivered to the incorrect location. I misplaced the receipt provided by the post office, which had the tracking reference number. Consequently, I am unable to track the package. The parcel was sent first class from Sheffield to East London three days ago. It is unclear whether it has been delivered correctly or if the receiving party is providing inaccurate information. The intended recipient is Mr. K. Finnegan at 58 Radbourne Crescent, Walthamstow, London, E17 3ST. I seek guidance on the next steps to resolve this issue.

On June 29th, a Royal Mail driver operating a hire van hit a post/chain on our driveway while my wife witnessed it. I was in the hospital at the time. After struggling to reach the Newport depot manager (PO30), I contacted the Ryde depot manager (PO33) who was helpful and connected me with Newport. The Newport manager claimed no knowledge of the incident, which contradicted our CCTV footage showing the driver acknowledging the damage and driving off. I reached out to Royal Mail numerous times to address the issue but only received a visit from a representative who took photos. After much effort, I was directed to the claims department, who requested all related emails and CCTV footage. Despite their efforts to get a response from Newport, they decided to settle my claim without one. I expressed that Royal Mail's handling of the situation has been disappointing, and a simple apology to my wife would have been appreciated. I sent a package on 18/05/[redacted] via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For with reference number RN[redacted]91GB insured for £[redacted]. The package was sent to Niels Klompen at Molenweg 6, 6088Ar, ROGGEL, Netherlands. Due to the recipient moving, the package was returned to the UK. The Netherlands Post Office informed me that it has been sent back to the UK through their Lost and Found department. They advised me to contact my postal organization for further assistance. I am now trying to locate my package with the Royal Mail for it to be returned to me at 20A Eastcote Lane, Hampton in Arden, Solihull. B92 0AS.
