TRACKING NUMBER: LX*********US***I placed an order on kylie cosmetics on ********** and I have still not recieved my order. *After many days of waiting I decided to chase up my order using the tracking number that the Kyle cosmetics email had sent me.*This directed me to the USPS website, which stated that the item was in Transit and was held due to payment of charges. It did not give me any options or any way for me to contact them regarding this. I was so confused and looked all over the internet about how I could contact them and get information on my parcel but could not find out anything. **I searched for a solution for days and days but could not find anything*I then came across someone on the internet who had been through similar circumstances and they advised me to track my order on Royal Mail, which I then proceeded to do.*After tracking my order on Royal Mail using the same tracking number, I found that my parcel had been returned to sender. I am FUMING.**I did not receive any sort of notification or email or letter regarding my parcel, I have had to chase it up myself, if the item was at my post office WHY was I not notified???? WHY was I not contacted???? HOW can you just return my parcel to sender without notifying me about it!!!!!*Was I magically supposed to find out that my parcel was at the post office???*I have spent my hard earned money on the things that I ordered and I am devastated *This whole procedure has really distressed me, I am appalled at Royal Mail’s service ***My address is: ** SHAKESPEARE ROAD, ROTHERHAM, UNITED KINGDOM, S** *QY**I want my problem sorted ASAP**Let me know what has happened to my parcel on my email address: *****@***.com
