Booked a cruise on Black Friday to receive multiple promotions, including (according to RC's agent) **% off drink package for all * guests. Once I viewed my receipt, I did not see any evidence of the drink package so I called customer service. Once I spoke with a CSR, I was told I would need to pay full price for the drink package. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the CSR laughed at me and refused to take my concerns seriously.
