Return it when it started having issues in March during the shut down ****. ... I purchased a “ Guess” backpack purse at Ross for Less Dec **, ****. Pre Covid-**. I did not realize Ross that Ross for Less(really more!) would not refund me or give me store credit when more than ** days. The zipper no longer worked in March **** and very disappointed and will not be shopping there anymore...*Update: May **, ****. I just gave up because an email to them said that their policy is that credit* refund not given after ** days regardless of the fact that they were closed March-May since my ** days expired Feb.** and my purse had issues with zipper in March and was not able to return until end of May ****.
Quality products like a brand name like “ Quess” purses be given longer warranty’s up to * months instead of ** days.
Giving me store credit fir the purchased merchandise with original receipt.
I’m a senior citizen who remembers when most stores stood behind the quality of their merchandise and is no longer the case.
I never talked to anyone but store manager, sent an email to service@RossDressforLess, and gethuman.com
