I recently purchased a driver's side window from your company. Unfortunately, when the mechanic attempted to install it, the window was bent and the motor didn't work. This issue has never happened to me before, and now I am left without the part I bought. I have been a loyal customer and have never encountered such a problem in the past. I would like either a refund or an exchange for a replacement part that is not bent this time. I can be reached at [redacted]. The part in question is for a [redacted] Honda Accord EX, 4 cylinder, the driver's side window regulator with the motor assembly. The order number is #[redacted]14. My name is B. Dizy, and I reside at 701B Parker Road, Las Cruces, NM [redacted]. The deadline for my return is December 2, [redacted]. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

I monitor my bank account daily and noticed charges of $[redacted].78 two days ago and $[redacted].45 today from RockAuto, a company I haven't purchased anything from since May. I have reviewed my order history, messages in my bank's mobile app, and confirmation emails but found no record of these transactions. I suspect that my credit card information has been compromised, or there is an error with RockAuto billing me for unauthorized purchases. I did not authorize these charges and need assistance resolving this issue promptly.

On August 9, [redacted], I bought a Driver Side MOOG LK007 Knuckle with Bearing and Hub for my [redacted] Volkswagen Golf GTI GLS 1.8T MK4 (Order [redacted]52). I recently tried to install it on November 15, [redacted], only to find out it doesn't fit my car. I discovered an error in MOOG's product database regarding the fitment, and after further exploration on Rock Auto, I found the correct part number to be DORMAN [redacted] {#1J[redacted]AH, 1J[redacted]K, 1J[redacted]R}. This part doesn't include the necessary Bearing & Hub that I required. Despite missing the return window per RockAuto's policy, I am explaining that both RockAuto's and MOOG’s product search method failed to provide the correct part for my vehicle. I kindly request a refund and an RMA number from RockAuto to return the incompatible part. Thank you. - T. M.

Good morning! I am Kevin O. from Middletown, CT. I have been a satisfied customer of yours in the past and truly appreciate your excellent service and quality parts. This morning, on 11-25-19, I mistakenly placed 2 orders instead of one due to my computer issues. The invoice numbers are [redacted]57 & [redacted]84. I ordered rotors, pads, and 2 front wheel bearing assemblies for a [redacted] Subaru Outback 2.(something, non-turbo). There are a couple of issues I need help with. Firstly, I accidentally ordered one less wheel bearing assembly than I needed, and I couldn't figure out how to correct it without affecting the delivery date. Secondly, I am hoping to combine the orders to arrive by Weds, 11-27-19, without having to pay extra for expedited shipping. As a 30-year law enforcement officer, any discounts would be greatly appreciated. Also, I recently changed my email to [redacted] and need help updating it in your system for future orders. Thank you for your assistance, especially on a Monday. Looking forward to ordering parts for my [redacted] Town Car Presidential Edition after the holidays. Stay warm at your Headquarters!

My son ordered struts for my car, but after receiving the products, we discovered that they were incorrect. Upon returning them, we received replacement parts with the wrong contents again. We returned both parts but had to bear the shipping cost due to improper packaging. I recommend inspecting the boxes before shipping to ensure the correct items are inside. My son is out $50 for shipping, and we believe we should be reimbursed as the errors were from your end. I am requesting a $50 reimbursement to his account for the inconvenience. The struts in question were Gabriel ready mount struts for a [redacted] Chrysler [redacted]. Thank you, Dave C. on behalf of Daniel C.

My son ordered struts for my [redacted] Chrysler [redacted], but both times the wrong struts were sent - two right-hand struts for the passenger side. Even after exchanging one, the same mistake occurred. Frustrated by the errors, I decided to return both struts. However, we were only refunded the cost of the struts, minus $50. This shipping cost deduction is unfair considering the repeated mistakes made by the company in packaging the correct parts. We are requesting a refund of the $50 shipping fee to be returned to my son.

I purchased a steering shaft from RockAuto with Order number: [redacted]79 and Part number: DORMAN [redacted]. Shortly after installing it, I experienced a steering knuckle issue that caused it to become loose, posing a safety concern while driving. I discovered there was an updated model by Dorman on RockAuto, leading me to believe there may have been a factory defect in the part I purchased. Unfortunately, RockAuto only allows returns for the same part, and upon attempting to navigate the return menu, I mistakenly disabled the option to return the defective shaft. I am now left with a malfunctioning part that I cannot return. My goal is to receive a refund so I can purchase the ACDELCO [redacted]6 shaft instead, which is the one I prefer since Dorman no longer offers any shafts on RockAuto. Despite the issue, I can confirm that the shaft initially fit well and allowed me to drive without issues initially after the installation. It was the correct part for my [redacted] Saturn Vue but failed within a week of installation.

I recently purchased a radiator for my [redacted] Ford Mustang GT 4.6L, but I am having trouble with the radiator lines not aligning properly. The heater also doesn't screw in due to incorrect sizing. Additionally, the return ticket indicates a deadline of December 30th, but I only received the package today on Sunday, the 1st of December. The return instructions state that I must request a return by December 30th.

I am looking for the back right caliper for a [redacted] Mazda GT with a 2.3-liter engine, not a turbo. Please provide the middle-of-the-road part name and number, as well as the best quality part name and number for ordering. Also, could you please clarify the return policy if the part doesn't fit or is unnecessary due to a possible cylinder leak instead of a caliper issue? Additionally, I am interested in the price of replacing a hood for the same [redacted] Mazda GT. I'd like to know if the hood comes in blue, matching the car's color, and whether prep and paint are required. Thank you, Paul

I purchased a new radiator from Rock Auto, but when my mechanic tried to install it, we found it was already damaged straight out of the box. I am disappointed that I received a faulty item, especially considering the urgent need for heat in my van for my children, with the temperature dropping to 20° soon. I have reached out for support, but there seems to be no one available to assist me with this issue. My invoice number is [redacted]84.

Subject: Order Issue - Defective Distributor Cap I am writing in regarding Order #: [redacted]19. After purchasing and using your tune-up kit, I encountered a problem with the distributor cap. Despite visually checking the parts from the kit, my vehicle started backfiring after driving [redacted] miles. Unfortunately, without diagnostic tools, I had to seek repairs in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The issue was discovered to be a defective distributor cap, causing continuity between cylinders 3 and 5. As a result, I incurred a repair cost of $[redacted].86. I am requesting a refund for the faulty distributor cap and rotor and seeking clarification on whether Rockauto or the distributor manufacturer, Standard Motor Products, will cover the repair expenses. I can provide a copy of the invoice (Invoice #: [redacted]8/1) for your reference. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

My husband bought a part for our car, which we never used as we sold the car. Now, we are unable to return the part as it's past the return date. We believe since the part is still being sold, we should be able to return it unused for a refund. Please provide instructions for returning the part for a full refund. Thank you.

I purchased a fuel tank for a C-10 panel, but the part I received (IGM49A) is for a cab tank for a pickup, not a panel. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service in handling this issue. I have decided not to continue doing business with this seller. I plan to sell the incorrect part myself and will not cover the cost of returning it. Remember, the lowest price does not guarantee the best service. Companies like LMC Truck, Summit Racing, OPGI, CPP, and Classic Industries offer better person-to-person assistance.

I recently received the sway bars I ordered for my [redacted] S320 Mercedes Benz, Order #[redacted]67. However, upon inspection, they seem smaller than expected. I am unsure if they are the correct size for my car. I opted for the economy brand, and I am now concerned about the quality and strength compared to other brands like Beck Arnley. Can you confirm if the ones I received will work fine, or should I consider a different brand for better performance? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you, Mr. T.

I need to return some brake caliper cores, but I'm struggling to acquire a RockAuto prepaid shipping label at the discounted shipping rates they offer. I've tried following the instructions provided for online core returns multiple times with no success in obtaining the prepaid shipping option. The order numbers for the brake cores I am returning are: - Order [redacted]02 - Order [redacted]42 I plan to send all the core returns in one box and would appreciate it if they could provide a prepaid shipping label or share shipping account details. I will opt for in-store credit for the value of the core returns. Thank you. Regards, C. Hingwing

I am experiencing ongoing issues with the Rockauto website. I have tried multiple times to reach out to their customer service without success. I placed an order for a starter motor for my [redacted] Nissan Maxima with 2-day FedEx delivery, but I haven't received a tracking or order number. The website keeps looping, forcing me to repeat the process. Living in rural Idaho and being on disability, it's crucial for me to have my car running. I have a friend who can assist me in installing the part today. Missing important doctor appointments has been a significant inconvenience. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, J.M. from Twin Falls, Idaho.

I bought a master cylinder for a [redacted] Plymouth Fury [redacted] V8. However, the part I received was incorrect. The part number on the box matched, but the actual part was wrong in size and bolt pattern. I returned the item, but received the same incorrect part back. I am seeking the correct part, with part number MC27047, to be sent to me. I can be reached at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Thank you. - Dave R.

I have identified the specific part number (#[redacted]AG/[redacted]AG) required for a [redacted] Chrysler Town & Country 3.3L V6 radiator. The challenge I encountered is that available listings do not include the transmission oil cooler and engine oil cooler, essential components for my radiator. Despite noticing a prompt for hidden search results, I was unable to access these relevant options. I am curious if RockAuto offers my necessary radiator part with the inclusion of the vital transmission oil cooler and engine oil cooler.

I received my order, but some parts are missing. Despite being listed in the description and shown in the photo, these specific pieces were not included. The part number for the missing items is available, and I kindly request that these parts be sent to the same address as the rest of my order. I tried to use Rockauto's website to address this issue, but I did not receive any communication or confirmation regarding the resolution. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I purchased a brake booster from your company, but it was faulty. After returning it for a replacement, the second one also did not work. I then obtained a core return label to send back a core, assuming I had ordered the wrong part. Before returning the core, I bought a $[redacted] booster from O'Reilly's, which did not align with the master cylinder. I then bought a $[redacted] booster that resembles yours and it works perfectly. After much frustration and spending money, I found a functioning part elsewhere. Do I still use the label I paid almost $8 for to return your booster or should I get a new one? Could you please refund the $[redacted] to my PayPal account? Thank you for your attention. - M.P.
