Rockauto is billing me for a part but does not have me in the system as a customer. When I enter my email address or phone number or zip code it says the information does not exist.* I tried to pay for a part over the weekend but the site wouldn't take the payment, so the transaction was never completed and I didn't receive a purchase order number. I can't contact them without them knowing my email, phone and or order number. So why are they billing me? *The purchase is currently pending for ***.** and I would like to cancel the order or receive a refund because I have no idea what the real issue is and I have nothing to show I have ordered the part. I choose not to deal with a company I can't readily communicate with. The part is a rack and pinion steering for an ** Chevy Silverado. My email address is *****@***.com
