Hey there,*I have been a rockauto customer for several years and have encountered a problem for the first time. I recently ordered a bunch of car parts with the order number ********. To make a long story short, I have a used **** Nissan Frontier I purchased and am in the process of going through it and replacing parts and doing maintenance work that has probably been neglected. I figured doing a cabin air filter was something that needed to be done. I put my year, make, and model in rockauto and found the cabin air filter listed for my vehicle. Today, I got around to trying to install some parts only to find out that my vehicle doesn't have a cabin air filter. I am confused as to how and why rockauto has this specifically listed for my vehicle. It seems like an error on rockauto's end. Hopefully that can be fixed so future customers don't have the same problem. I have never had to return anything or had an issue with parts so I logged in and tried to fill out the information to request a refund. There wasn't a specific selection for the issue I am experiencing, so I tried my best to choose between the choice options in a way that I felt might help me seek a resolution. I became increasingly frustrated when rockauto's automated return stuff said my item wasn't returnable. I feel that as a customer I should be able to trust rockauto to help me select the parts I need for my vehicle and in this case, the mistake on the rockauto catalog has left me with a part that doesn't even exist in my vehicle and now won't let me return it. I really hope that this can be addressed and that I can have a quick resolution that results in a full refund.**Thanks for understanding,*Jake****-***-****
