The catalytic converter I brought from them was put on my car by a professional and it is defective. It's burning "RED" hot and smells as if on fire. I drive small children around in this car. I tried to reach out to them per their site their solution is to BUY ANOTHER ONE FOR $***.** dollars, put on my car and send other back and THEY decide if I should get a refund. NO ONE HAS ANOTHER $***.** to spend plus the labor of the machinic. For that I could of bought from dealer for less problems. In end I would of spent over $***.** for a piece I could of got from the dealer or auto store cheaper, but I can not reach or talk to anyone bc there is no number or no one to help me with this company. I feel very lost and helpless. I put my trust in this Co and now I can not trust them to stand behind their parts and my children to be safe in my vehicle. Very disappointed and will leave very bad reviews on this Co. on multiple social media sites.
