The issue in GetHuman-clangdon's own words
I was trying to make a return label to send the part back that I ordered because I ordered the wrong part. When it came up the label was blank and now I cannot get to that label and It is now showing that it is in the process of being sent back to you. I am unsure of what to do about this and how to get the label. My Part Order Is*: ******** and the FedEx Label Tracking* for the label Is: ***************. I do not want to be charged twice for the label when I was unable to print it out to begin with. And it stated that $*.** (I think that was the amount) will be deducted from what I paid for the part that I am trying to send back. I put that I wanted it to be put on Store Credit so that I can re-order the correct part that I need. Please give me a call at ***-***-****
