I ordered some Monroe * MA*** air shocks on May *th ****. I installed the shocks on my **** Chevy Nova, and * days later one of the shocks broke. a friend had a set that he took off his car, so I put one on until I could get a replacement. a few day later the other shock broke. I went online and did everything the way they said. It asked if I wanted to send the old shocks back, or go ahead and order new shocks, and get reimbursed when I sent the shocks back, and that's what I did. It has been * weeks now and I have heard nothing. I have called and left voice mails, still nothing. Any help would be helpful. I will not order from Rock Auto again. I have many friends with cars that I will tell also, not to order from them. Thank You Charles Fox Ellettsville Indiana
