In March I ordered brake pads(Order*********) for my van (Power stop * PWR **-***).When I looked it up I did not see in the description that they were for Dual rear wheels but I needed pads for single rear wheels (PWR **-***) and since it was cold weather I haven't gotten to change them till just now when I noticed they were the wrong ones. I know they are way past the return date but I was wondering if you would make an exception and accept these back in exchange for the right ones since they are still in their original package sealed and unopened. I purchased * sets and would like to replace them both.
There were so many options that it was difficult to sort out all the details.
Just hope to make an even exchange for the right parts.
