SIM CARDS from Roam Mobility. This is the letter that I sent to their Support Team:**We purchased * SIM cards & I activated them on February *th on the same account, which it said that I could do. Problem is, that only * SIM card works, even though my account says that they are both activated. The *nd SIM card says that there isn’t any plan attached to it. I checked our Credit Card & we were charged for both plans. **Here is the info that they requested: **FIRST SIM ID: ********************PHONE *: (***) ***-*****IPhone**This SIM card is working, but with the wrong Plan. It is supposed to be attached to the Monthly Plan for $**.** per month for * month.**SECOND SIM ID: ********************PHONE *: (***) ***-*****IPhone**This SIM card is NOT working & it is NOT attached to any Plan. It is supposed to be attached to the Snowbird Plan for $**.** per month for * months. **Could you please rectify this situation as soon as possible, as we are traveling & need our cell phones to work?
