I have the video doorbell that was given to me as a gift for Christmas and I noticed about a month ago that my battery was draining quickly. I contacted ring support and the representative walked me through changing my settings so my batter would not drain so quickly. *Here we are a week later and my battery is draining quickly. At first I thought it might be the battery, so I quickly purchased a new one and that one was quick to drain as well. After changing my settings my battery is still draining and is not working at the moment because as quickly as I change the battery I’m notified the battery is drained. The weird thing about that is when I put the battery to charge the battery is showing a full charge.
