Dear Sir * Madam,**I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Car Rental**The issue that I have experienced was: My father and I rented a car for his holiday in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. My father tested positive for CoVid that same day. So, the next day, we sent a picture of the test and asked if we could return the car. They had ***USD on hold for the insurance, that would have been returned even if we'd kept the car for the whole rental agreement, the insurance, and the ***USD for the rental. They said they'd return the insurance money and **% of the rental but they haven't returned a cent. I messaged and called over ** times, nothing. Now they're not even responding. Like my vacation wasn't ruined enough with COVID, they had to add salt to the wound.**It occurred on: ************This meant that They stole my money and added a lot of stress to an already very stressful vacation**refund me.**I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
