Hello Matthew * RentalCars Team*Hope you are doing well.*Back in September **** we spoke as there was a mistake in my reservation (*********). It took a while to solve and get my reinbursement, however everything was fixed and I received an email from the company apologizing. In this email they said that to compensate for thw mistake I would have a discount for my next booking of * days or more. It also said that the amount of discount would depend on how many days the booking is for. I assumed that the longer the booking the higher the discount. Today I called to book a car using the discount code *********.. I was trying to book an economic car from August **th to September *nd, with unlimitted km or at least **** km and additional driver (as my usual bookings) and they gave me the quote (including the discount) of ***.**€ for the car ***€ for a second driver. This was for a ford fiesta or similar. They also quoted ***€ total for a smaller car. To my surprise and as I was also looking online for a car, these prices were exactly the same as the ones i would get booking online without a code! *Exactly the same. I asked the agent on the phone if he was sure that discount was applied and he confirmed. Let me just say that the agent was very helpful and polite. No complaints about that. But I am dissapointed about the rest. Is this a mistake?*I did not book because I am hoping that the company will keep their word and give me an actual discount taking into consideration that this is longer then * days as stated in the email. *Please if you could get back to me or point me in the right direction I will be very grateful.*Kind regards**Giulianna Soto **** *** *** ***
