Received a rental car (from Thai rental car Ubon Ratchathani) with excessive window tinting would assume it’s **% on side windows and back window and **% on the front window. This is incredably dangerous so I called the manager as I nearly had an accident with motocyclist as couldn’t see him Approaching through the side windows after dusk. The rear window tinting is distorted and so cannot see out the back window very clearly. I have taken photos as proof. I called the manager requesting to swap the car. As it’s New Years ni alternative cars are available and she said I could not receive a refund. This is extremely frustrating as it’s a Safety issue and why would a rental car windows be altered this way? I am requesting to return the car early and for a refund so a I can hire from another agency as I cannot be expected to drive this car safely in the evenings. I can supply photos of the vehicle.
