**********I rented this car and went to call someone to amend the reservation as I thought I got the insurance...you never answered and I called many many many times?? *As a result I ended up having to pay an additional $***... as I did not know what to do...my email never came through to my address so I did not have anyway to change the reservation.*I think this is a terrible practice of not being able to speak with a live person.*Please respond to this email!*Thank you, Sara Stenard
