Dear Sirs,*at the desk of Centauro the operator suggested to me to subscribe their Smart Insurance to replace the Protezione Completa previously subscribed with you - he said not totallly safe in case, for instance, of car accident. He also informed me I can get the refund of the amount charged for the Protezione Completa simply by informing you of the new insurance paid to them. Please let me know about the reimbursement of the amount charged by you.*Look forward to your answer.*Regards,*Roberto Rigotti
