RE Booking number: *********. Reservation was for vehicle that includes premium location charge. Nonetheless, the booking email states "Premium Location Fee*The cost is *,** € per day with a minimum fee of *,** € per rental, up to a maximum of **,** € per rental – including tax."**Also there seems to be an unspecified charge for a transponder for tolls. "When you pick your car up, the counter staff will charge you for the hire of a transponder, a device that lets you pass through tollgates. On top of this, you will have to pay the actual cost of the tolls. You can pay for tolls in Post Offices, Pay Shops or motorway service stations – or when you drop your car off." ** I understand the toll charges...what is the amount of transponder charge? I have had issues with Europcar in the past where miscommunication resulted in additional charges when the car was returned. **Many thanks.*Ron Lyon**************************************** As a result I would like to get this resolved now. **Thank you,
