The issue in GetHuman1150642's own words
They are forcing me to get some kind if hidden insurance that the contract clearly states that I have the option whether to choose it or not. I brought this to the sales manager's attention that I do not want this insurance, not to mention I have my own renters insurance at my residence. Then he and the store manager became very upset and stated that they need to see my policy. So I pulled up my policy from the company's website. The store manager then said she needed a hard copy. So I said I would email it to her right there. THEN...she said they can't accept outside Emails. So I calmly offered to go home and print them a copy and bring it. My wife and I were astonished by this because nowhere does it say that first of all we HAVE to have their insurance much less our own insurance. Their insurance is $** a month. And that's only one of them. They actually have * kinds. They are sneaking these hidden fees to all these people and ******** them over. It's good to have insurance, but it needs to be told to the customer that it's a choice.
