If the rented item gets damaged or breaks while in your possession, Rent A Center has you covered. Our optional RAC Waiver program offers protection against accidental damage, fire, theft, and natural disasters. By enrolling in this program, you won't be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement. Simply contact your Rent A Center store to report the damage, and we'll assist you with the necessary steps, including repairs or replacement, at no additional cost to you. However, please note that intentional damage or negligence is not covered under the program. We value our customers and want to ensure your satisfaction, so rest assured, we're here to support you in case of any unexpected mishaps with your rented item.
