Help with my Redbox issue

Waiting to see if GetHuman-notveryc fixed the issue with our suggestion.
The issue in GetHuman-notveryc's own words
I was charged for more than double the late fee a day before it was even late. Used gethuman to contact redbox, (which was awesome) they called me in about * min. After explaining my issue I was put on hold for over ** minutes & had to hang up because my break was over & I had to get back to work.*All I wanted was the $*.** back they overcharged me & for them to lose my card information. I will try again on my next break.
They put me on hold & kept putting me on hold over & over & over.
Refunding my money & losing my card information because I will NEVER rent from them again. I will also let everyone I know how awful their service is.
Not been a customer for very long. However if a company wants any customers at all, they should think about how a business should be run & how they would like to be treated if these things happened to yhem.
