Last mouth I received two discs that were the wrong movie. I called into customer service right away. Gave all the information they asked for about the two discs and was insured I would only get charged $* for disc. Today about a month later I receive a email for $** charge on both discs. So $** in charges for something I returned that very same night after I got off the phone with customer service. I rented black panther and the wrong disc came out. Called in and talked to someone. Returned that disc. Thought the issue was resolved. Tried to rent black panther again at the same box and the wrong movie came out again. Two totally different movies each time. Called in for the second time in a row in the same night. Returned movie right away again. Now I’m being charged for two movies I ruturned immediately after purchase.
I trust that Redbox will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
