I was trying to order books from KOBO.*I was going through the security feature and in the end it came up that there was something wrong with the transaction. I was trying to use and Indigo gift card of $** but would not work. The books did not download.*I tried as follows: $**.*** $**.*** $**.*** and $**.** for the same books. All my tries went into my pending process through my credit card. I called the credit card company and they assured me that none of the transactions would go through except the one for $**.**. *However, I was charged as follows: $**.*** $**.*** $**.*** $**.*** $**.** CR* $**.** CR* $**.*** $**.*** $**.*** $**.** CR. *You owe me credits for * transactions: $**.*** $**.*** and $**.** * $**.***The only charge I should have had was $**.** as this is when the transaction confirmed payment went through and the books then downloaded.
My credit card was blocked because it did recognize transactions even though check out process said it did not go through.

I have not had this email for * years so please change the email and respond to my query to *****@***.com. I have changed it and the credit card information, but the email keeps defaulting to *****@***.com.
