What happened to my $** dollar referral bonus? It was there but it gone. Also, the friend I referred bonus is missing. Both were in our accounts last week but are missing now along with the cash back from what my friend purchased.

GetHuman5549323 did not yet indicate what Rakuten should do to make this right.
