We are worried, because we are leaving for Europe in ** days, and still get can't get a hold of Rail Europe to fix a problem with the purchase of a train pass. I tried booking a Swiss Pass on their web site, but there seemed to be a problem with my credit card. Mastercard has enabled my card once more, so everything should now be in order. My booking number is ********, and I booked two Swiss Passes (for my wife and I), for * non consecutive train traveling days within a month of travel. We will be in Europe from june **rd to july *th. We were planning to use the train on the **th, **th and **th of june. We already reserved seats on the Glacier Express leaving St-Moritz on june **th at *h**, to Zermatt, knowing that the train tickets are included in the Swiss Pass.**Thank you for helping us reach Rail Europe, since I cn't reach them either by leaving a message on their web site (* times), or via their email service * times (*****@***.com) confirming our Swiss Pass purchase, and if not, for making it so. We have already entered our credit card info into their system and did not try a second time to book in case that would cause a second booking.
