Contact SOMEBODY, ANYBODY, to assist with changing the departure time of my ticket. ... ISSUE: I need the departure time of a First Class e-ticket changed to a later departure time.*WHAT HAPPENED: schedule changed*WHAT PRODUCT: e-ticket, First Class, Nice to Paris**HOW I WANT IT FIXED: I want a knowledgeable Rail Europe representative to contact me *today* via email, and either change the departure time of my e-ticket per request, OR provide all the detailed information needed -- to include the appropriate name, location, and phone number -- for me to receive a change of the departure time of an e-ticket.
Most customers are traveling in countries with which they are unfamiliar, which is challenge enough for many. If Rail Europe cannot provide ANY assistance, whatsoever, to a customer, then they shouldn't be in business. After this, mine will be taken elsewhere.
HOW I WANT IT FIXED: I want a knowledgeable Rail Europe representative to contact me *today* via email, and either change the departure time of my e-ticket per request, OR provide all the detailed information needed -- to include an appropriate name, location, and phone number -- for me to request a change of the departure time of an e-ticket.
I'm not new to international travel, and would think a first class ticket would include some type of customer service. I'm also not new to recognizing customer service, or the lack thereof. I expect a business that accepts my payment for a product or service, to provide an appropriate level of customer service in support of that transaction.
Called and sent multiple messages requesting assistance - no response to any of them. Called numerous times to both (***) ***-****, and (***) ***-****, the former is an endless 'oh-hold' as all representatives are assisting other callers* and the latter of which has been ringing for OVER AN HOUR...***** UPDATE: Received an email response from Angelica, Internet Help Desk, advising that the ticket can be exchanged, just call customer service at eight hundred six-two-two eight-six-zero-zero... SERIOUSLY?! ***** UPDATE: Received an email response from Angelica, Internet Help Desk, advising that the ticket can be exchanged, just call customer service at eight hundred six-two-two eight-six-zero-zero... Called it again...and again. Finally got a real person! And a very pleasant one, at that. Her name is Nicollette, and she couldn't have been nicer. She was pleasant, informative, patient, and helpful. The PERFECT representative to get after all the frustration of trying to get someone who could help.

Called it again...and again. FINALLY got a real person! And a very pleasant one, at that. Her name is Nicollette, and she couldn't have been nicer. She was pleasant, informative, patient, and helpful. The PERFECT representative to get after all the frustration of trying to get someone who could help.
