I got charged * times when I bought the tickets. The first time, It did not take so I tried again with the same card but it did Reject. So the third time, I used my debit card and it took right away and got deducted from my account when I checked. I am checking my credit card balance which happens to be card that did not take twice, however, it shows * pending transactions from Europe rail and when I called the card’s ustomer service and I was told I have to cancel it from your end.The card that has the pending transactions has the ending of ****. Please kindly cancel the * transactions because obviously, it is for the same person and same destination on the same day and time. It is for my sister Corazon Cruz going from CDG to Valenciennes @ ****.*I would have canceled the * pending but it does not show on my booking. I hope you will be able to help me. I did buy an insurance for it. Thank you.
