Hello Roblox, I am reaching out because my account, vConnorxSv, was hacked by BlueSkie_s. They threatened to hack me in a game, and shortly after, I received a message that my account was logged in from a different device. I tried to reason with BlueSkie_s in the game Murder Mystery 2 using my alt account xSillyxMaxx, but they only asked for Robux and then left without returning my account despite my pleas. I have reported this user several times and desperately want my account back. I have invested a lot of time and effort into it, and it means a lot to me. My mom, Crystal W, even tried contacting you on my behalf. Please help me recover my account by either sending me the password or a password reset email. Thank you for your assistance. -Stacey

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with two-step verification. Last night around 11 p.m. everything was fine until I accessed my settings and tried to enable two-step verification. The problem is that I no longer have access to the email address I used for my Roblox account, even though it is a valid email. So, I attempted to do a password reset to gain access to my account, but the two-step verification is blocking me, even though I remember all my login details. My username is: wesley94400 I made purchases like a premium for $20.99, $10.99, and $4.99 around 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. or 11 p.m. using my Société Générale bank card. Hello, I would like to request the reactivation of my account. I understand that I made a mistake in my comments, but I hope this won't lead to my account being disabled. The individual I was communicating with used offensive language towards me. When I inquired about being Jewish, it was not meant to cause harm. A friend gave me an account called "c4lz0n3s" that I've known in real life for quite some time. This morning at around 9:00, I discovered someone else was using the account. Assuming it was my friend, I didn't think much of it until I realized my friend told me the account was hacked because the password was changed. When I asked the person using the account, they claimed a girl gave it to them, but no one else knows the password apart from my friend and me. I lack the [redacted] Robux the person is asking for in exchange for the account, and I am unable to change the password as the account does not have an email associated with it. Can someone please help me retrieve this account?

I have forgotten my username and password for Roblox, making it impossible for me to cancel my membership. I am unsure if my account is linked to an email, but all my bills are received via my Gmail, leading me to believe it might be. Despite trying to reset my password, I did not receive any emails for the reset, even though I used the same email where I receive my bills. Hello Roblox Team, I recently fell victim to a hacker named Vamp_Choad while trading on Roblox. The hacker took all my pets, including a Neon Parrot and Unicorn in Adopt Me. I used Robux for these trades and now I have lost them. The hacker seems to operate primarily through TikTok as well, under the username @kylaaaforget12345_. Despite my attempts to report her, she blocked me and continues her fraudulent activities. She has a distinct presence on TikTok and Roblox, using both platforms for scamming. I hope to retrieve my lost pets on my new account "kennedylovesbobaa" and see appropriate action taken against Vamp_Choad to prevent further harm to innocent users. Hi there! I need assistance with a recent incident involving a hacker on Roblox. The individual requested that I edit something in the game ttd3 and then asked for my Discord information. Subsequently, he requested a particular item ("har") which he showed me how to obtain via a video. After sending him the item, he ceased communication, leaving me unable to access the game on my main account as it redirected me to the login page. Despite my attempts to reach out from an alternate account, he refused to return access to my hacked profile. I observed him trading my limited items to his account in a trading game before banning my account entirely. I urgently require help in appealing the suspension of my Roblox account, as significant investments have been made on it causing concern for my parents. Thank you, Roblox team!

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. The system repeatedly states that my username or password is incorrect, despite my certainty that both entries are accurate. I have not made any recent changes to either. I suspect that my account may have either received a warning, been hacked with a changed password, or that there is currently an issue with the logging-in process on the platform. My suspicion inclines towards a hacking incident or a warning rather than a technical glitch. I hope it is simply a warning as I do not wish to deal with another hacking situation.

I have 2-step verification active. When I tried logging into my account, I was prompted for the 2-step verification code. Despite checking my email, which usually works fine, I did not receive any emails over the past 2 days. Even when attempting to reset my password via email, I didn't receive a reset email. After trying all troubleshooting steps on my end, the issue persists. Despite several customer service reports, I can't reach the 2-step verification screen as I keep getting an error stating my "username or password is incorrect." When I try to reset my password, it displays an error message saying "too many attempts. Try again later" for almost 3 hours. I've been waiting for customer support for over 2 hours after reporting this issue to them.

My daughter, E., was playing in the LGBTQ hangout. Someone began bullying another player for being a lesbian, and she defended the player being targeted. However, she was unexpectedly blocked from the game for 7 days. Is it standard to ban someone without a full understanding of the situation? We invest considerably in Roblox for my daughter, especially as tomorrow is her birthday and she was eagerly anticipating playing. It's disheartening that her account was banned without considering both perspectives. Can anyone falsely accuse another player and have them banned? She claims that other players thanked her for standing up for them, yet she was the one banned. This is not acceptable. What kind of organization handles situations like this? If her account is not reinstated, I will take this issue further. It should not be so simple to have someone banned without hearing from both sides. Hello, I am seeking assistance for my distraught 13-year-old daughter who was recently hacked on her Roblox account. Her username is ImMileyYT. The incident occurred when she was playing the game TTD3 around 2:50am California time, while we are currently located in Japan. My daughter has been an active Roblox user for the past 2 years, having joined on January 1st, [redacted]. She also runs a YouTube channel with her friend under the name Misha and Renee. They have dedicated significant time over the past 2 and a half years to this endeavor. The unfortunate event transpired when another player, using a female avatar, approached her in-game and requested a GFX (graphic effects) from her. Despite my daughter's innocence and naivety, she engaged in a conversation via Discord, where she ended up sharing her avatar file. After receiving the file, the other party promptly blocked her on Discord, resulting in my daughter being unable to access her Roblox account. My daughter has retained the chat history on Discord leading up to the incident. My wife made attempts to reset the password, but we did not receive the 6-digit code necessary for verification, even after entering her email and phone number correctly. To confirm ownership, my daughter has made Robux purchases on the account using my wife's credit card. I recently discovered that my account, FOXPopk, was deleted due to unauthorized billing, although I haven't made any purchases on Roblox in a long time as I've been using another account. I have invested over $75 on this account, primarily using Apple or Roblox gift cards, as well as purchasing Roblox toys. I am extremely disappointed and upset about this situation, as I have dedicated at least 10 days of gameplay (not consecutive) on this account.
