About six months ago, a trade was automatically accepted from my account by someone named XxEmmathecoolestxX. I hesitated to address this earlier due to strict parents. Being an avid Roblox player, I've invested a significant amount of Robux. Despite quitting out of frustration after the incident, I'm now exploring the possibility of a rollback for my account with the username 6zv_q. The trade involved Blizzard Beast Mode and Silver King of the Night on my side, while I received a strange pumpkin item (Blizzaria) and a Pinstripe Fedora. XxEmmathecoolestxX's account is now banned, prompting me to consider the seriousness of the situation. With my parents' support, I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter, as I put considerable effort into my trading progress. Any guidance on a potential rollback would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a runic gift card that turned out to be faulty. I tried redeeming it multiple times without success, even with the help of my friend. When I sought assistance from your team, I was initially surprised by the $5 charge for a matter you seemed unsure about. However, I managed to resolve the issue by reaching out to Roblox. After waiting for two to three days without a response, I persisted by sending multiple emails until I received the help I needed. By providing evidence of my receipt and the scratched-off card with the serial number, I successfully obtained a new PIN number that my son had rendered illegible. It took approximately a week, but ultimately, my son and I are pleased with the outcome. Thank you for your support.

My tablet has only shown Roblox for the past 4 days. I am signed in without a phone number or email. When I try to log into my account on my phone, it says the username or password is wrong, but it's not. Please help me, I've achieved and paid so much already. My mum also tried, but we couldn't get any further. The email address belongs to my mum.

I was unexpectedly logged out of the Roblox app, and I couldn't remember my password. Even after trying to reset it using my phone number for the verification code multiple times (about five or six), I couldn't get it to work. I'm frustrated because I can't access Roblox to play games. I hope someone can assist me in getting a valid verification code so I can log back in.

When I first created my Roblox account, it didn't prompt me to set a password or provide an email. After trying to change the password in settings, I couldn't log in as it kept saying it was incorrect. When I tried to reset the password using my email ([redacted]), it also didn't work. I have a concerning report regarding a user named CensorLovesFoodUwU on Roblox. Despite reporting the issue on the platform, no action has been taken. CensorLovesFoodUwU has tracked my IP address and attempted to manipulate me into clicking on a link. I can share blurred screenshots of this incident, along with their other social media accounts. I feel unsafe as they have coerced me to engage in inappropriate activities in-game and accessed my account without permission. Despite my efforts to secure my account, they claim to have placed a virus. CensorLovesFoodUwU has threatened to leak my IP, hacked into games, and even managed to unban themselves from the website. As a minor, I am disturbed by these actions and seek assistance from Roblox to address this disturbing behavior. Thank you for understanding my situation.

I got logged out of my Roblox account, and now I can't remember my password. I tried resetting it, but it didn't work. I feel frustrated and sad because I love playing Roblox. I took my niece to Dollar General, and she used her Christmas money to buy a Roblox pass card that is activated at the register. Unfortunately, the scratch-off part on the back of the card is damaged, making it impossible for us to set up her account. One day while playing Meep City with new friends, I encountered a strange message from my account. Thinking it was a glitch, I reloaded the page only to find myself back at the "Sign Up/Log In" screen. After failed login attempts, I discovered through email that my password was changed, 2-step verification deactivated, and Account PIN removed. Surprisingly, I never shared my information. The affected account is Sunflower_aesthetix on ROBLOX. I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my account. I kindly request an email to reset my ROBLOX password. After multiple failed attempts to log in, I discovered that my password had been changed, 2-step verification deactivated, and my Account PIN removed without my knowledge. The account in question is named Sunflower_aesthetix, and I never shared my account information. I am hoping for assistance in regaining access to my ROBLOX account. Hello, I recently created two accounts for my daughter on Roblox. The first account was Crazyday390, which was not linked to an email. Unfortunately, this account was hacked despite her investments in it, including some unicorns she was thrilled about. Following this incident, we set up a new account called honeyYTfan1, this time connected to my email [redacted] for added security. I even purchased $25 worth of Robux for this new account. However, she encountered issues again on January 2nd when she couldn't log in, and subsequent attempts to change the password resulted in the account being banned. I reached out to Roblox support via email, but after a second attempt, my email was blocked. I am puzzled by this response and am eager to understand why her second account was banned and if there is any way to recover it. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue with my old account, created when I was 8. After logging in for the first time in 12 years, I kept receiving a 'Missing Information' pop-up prompting me to enter my birth date repeatedly when attempting to play games. Despite entering the information multiple times, the pop-up continued to appear, and I discovered the birth date field was locked in the settings and couldn't be altered manually. Although I submitted several customer support tickets over the past 2 weeks, the responses from different representatives were unhelpful, with suggestions to contact support for a different issue or providing basic instructions unrelated to my problem. I hope to resolve this frustrating issue so I can enjoy using my old account without constant interruptions.

Hello! I would like to report a group on Roblox that is breaking several rules. The group is banning players without reason and using inappropriate language. The owner even called me a very offensive name, and it's unacceptable. Some staff members are also mistreating players, and the owner even attempted to scam the entire group for Robux by falsely claiming to sell it. When I donated a large sum of Robux, she changed her mind and kept it. I want this issue resolved to prevent further discrimination or scams. Thank you.

Hello. I recently discovered that my account has been terminated on Roblox without any prior knowledge as to why. The message I received mentioned unauthorized charges reported by the billing account holder. Despite reaching out to Roblox multiple times, I have not received a clear explanation. I have sent numerous emails and only received automated responses assuring me that my concern will be forwarded. Unfortunately, I have not received any further communication. I find it perplexing as I hadn't accessed my account for several weeks before its termination. I strongly believe that I have not engaged in any wrongdoing. I am quite desperate for assistance in resolving this issue and reinstating my account. I have some important questions about setting up and hosting a game. Specifically, I would like to know: - Is it permissible for individuals to recreate games that were banned from a group but not the game itself? (I am not associated with the original game producers but have received authorization to recreate their game using the same title and content. I'm curious if this would be considered evading a ban since the group the game was associated with was banned or locked while the game remains accessible.) - Is it acceptable for individuals to include email addresses in game descriptions? (I intend to include a specific Gmail address in my game's description so that players can reach out to me regarding the game outside of the ROBLOX platform as part of organizing the community.)

I discovered unauthorized charges in my bank account on December 28, [redacted], amounting to 4 charges of $49.99 each and 2 charges of $19.99 each. According to my bank, the charges were made by Xsolla Roblox for digital games in the [redacted] area, Los Angeles, while I reside in Stockton, CA. This has caused me significant distress as it was all the money I had. I demand a refund for the stolen funds and will take legal action if necessary to recover my losses. I am outraged by this situation and intend to investigate further, including involving the police to identify those responsible for this breach.

I purchased four $50 Roblox gift cards for my four grandchildren, but one of them has an invalid pin and is not working. I bought them from the Target store in Kyle, TX. I called customer service at 12:26 and after being on hold for 1.5 hours and transferred multiple times, I was told by Roblox that the $50 is on the card, but it might be too old. Despite sending several emails back and forth, the issue remains unresolved. My granddaughter, jojo_pordi, is unable to use her card while her cousins enjoy theirs. The problematic card has the pin # RBZEBP101Q10ILRH; card # [redacted][redacted]50; and Activate # [redacted][redacted][redacted]. If this is not fixed promptly, I will leave negative reviews and inform others about the unreliability of Roblox gift cards. Thank you for your help!

My 9-year-old daughter has been playing Roblox for over a year now. During this time, I have purchased a significant amount of Robux for her. Recently, her account was unexpectedly closed by Roblox due to what they claim are unauthorized charges. Despite my attempts to resolve this through their website and by calling customer service, I have been met with automated responses and have not been able to speak to a representative. My daughter is not capable of making purchases on her own, and I have not disputed any charges, indicating that her account was likely compromised. The lack of communication and hasty action taken by Roblox is highly concerning. I demand a prompt resolution to this issue and either the reinstatement of my daughter's account or a full refund for the money spent. This situation reflects poorly on Roblox's customer service and treatment of a young player.
