I contacted Roblox customer service, and they promptly sent the email, confirming that the issue is not on my end. My friend's Roblox account, Katie_love203, has been hacked. The password was changed, and despite multiple attempts to reset it using the 'forgot password' feature, no reset code is received. My friend shared her password in games to get free pets in Adopt Me when she was younger, which we believe could be the reason for the hack. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

After the recent update on Adopt Me, I encountered numerous glitches that affected my gameplay. Particularly during the skating race, I found myself getting stuck and unable to move when the arrows appeared. To address this issue, I tried logging off and back on. During my session, I purchased the snow dragon. When my sister joined me online, she traded me two fly potions. Despite applying one of the potions to my dragon, it continues to only ride instead of flying. This has led to my pet being classified as a ride-only pet in the system. As a result, I am hesitant to make any further purchases or advancements within Adopt Me. I am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund for this issue. Thank you.

My 5-year-old son was engrossed in a game on his tablet where he had to collect money and buy items resembling houses. I am experiencing an issue while trying to access ROBLOX on any device. Whenever I load the page, an Internal Server Error (Error [redacted]) appears, preventing me from navigating to any other section such as games, avatar shop, or chat. This problem started around 5pm EST yesterday and persists despite various attempts to resolve it like clearing my computer cookies and resetting my PC. My sister recently assembled a new PC, allowing me to play Roblox. However, when I attempted to log into my account "Iuhhvs," I was prompted for a 2-step verification code. Despite checking all my email accounts, I have not received any emails from Roblox with the code. Hello, I believe I have my password correct, but I am having trouble receiving the 2-factor authentication code on my email. Although everything used to work fine in the past, the code is not coming through now. I've tried following the steps, reset my password, but I'm stuck at the 2-factor code screen. I do have access to my phone and email, so if possible, kindly send the code via text or disable the 2-factor authentication on my account. Hello, I was playing Roblox normally (Ragdoll) when suddenly a message popped up saying my account was logged in from another device. After leaving the game, I couldn't log back in. I tried the "forgot password" option, but I didn't receive any emails. It seems like my password and phone number were changed by someone else. I hope someone can assist me with this issue. I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my account between 12/4/20 and 12/15/20. These purchases, ranging from $2.99 to $19.99, were made on my phone by my 4-year-old grandson without my consent. I believe there should be better safeguards in place to prevent such incidents and require parental consent for purchases. I kindly request a review of these charges.

My Roblox account got deleted for using phrases like "hi" and "nvm," which are not listed as prohibited in the community guidelines. The system also flagged my username as inappropriate, even though I've had it for over 6 months. I believe a warning should have been issued before a ban. My account name was SimqTrinity, and I am requesting for the deletion or ban to be lifted. Thank you.

My friend, Donny708, may have his account deleted in 48 hours due to alleged adult content. He was innocently playing Bloxburg and doesn't believe he did anything wrong. Some users spend a lot on Robux, so deleting his account seems unfair. He's been playing since [redacted], and even if there was an issue, it was likely accidental. He's upset because Bloxburg is his favorite game. The situation is frustrating because if there was adult content, why allow it as an option? Complaints should target real issues like inappropriate conduct. It's puzzling why accounts with questionable behavior are left untouched, while his is at risk. Roblox's actions seem excessive and have upset both of us. Is there any way to prevent his account from being deleted?

While enjoying Roblox, my brother wanted a turn, so I handed him my phone and logged out of my account, as I was using a tablet on the same account. I created a new account for him to play. Suddenly, while playing Meep City, I was logged out as well. I've attempted to log back in on both my phone and tablet, but I'm encountering difficulties accessing my account.

When I'm playing games on Roblox on my computer, there are constant glitches happening between 1-30 minutes into any game. This is really frustrating, especially because I'm trying to become a YouTuber and it always seems to glitch when I'm recording. I'm using an Apple computer and have even tried lowering the graphics settings, but the issue persists. The glitch itself involves the image freezing while the background sound continues, leaving me unable to move in the game. On the other hand, when I play on my iPad, there are no glitches at all. This continuous need to shut down my computer or force quit the app is becoming a frustrating and time-consuming cycle that I hope to resolve soon.

While playing with my friend, there was an issue where she kept advancing the time despite my requests for her to stop. It resulted in us not being able to progress in the game. Even after multiple requests for her to cease, she continued and found it amusing. Eventually, I had to firmly tell her to stop, which made her upset. She threatened to hack me by claiming she knew my password. Feeling worried, I took the precaution of uninstalling Roblox. When I returned, I encountered difficulties accessing my account. It seems like she might have followed through with her threat and hacked into the account.
