I recently mistakenly added $30 to the wrong Robux account again for my son. The funds were put on the account named Gizmos3334 instead of the correct account, UrgentChalk3322. I have the gift card in my possession and would like to have the Robux transferred to the right account. This mix-up occurred similarly in the past, and we are hoping to rectify it this time. During a game with my friends, a player named One of the Bunbun Girls threatened to hack my account, which made me leave the game and signed me out of my account. When I tried to log back in, it prompted me to reset my password, which was an unexpected situation for me. I am having trouble accessing my Roblox account. Whenever I try to log in, it tells me my password is incorrect even though I am sure it's right. I recently bought a $25 Roblox card and entered the code when I got home. The system immediately prompted me to start playing, but upon doing so, it repeatedly claimed my password was wrong even though I was sure it was correct. This makes me suspect that my account has been compromised. I believe some kind of compensation should be provided for this inconvenience. My child mistakenly signed up for Roblux with the impression it was a one-time payment, but multiple charges occurred. I replaced the debit card, only to find Roblux continued to charge it without permission. The lack of live customer support has left me frustrated and I demand a refund for the unauthorized charges. I was billed twice on my debit card. Hello, Yesterday, I purchased Robux for my son for $9.99 ([redacted].78 Php). The first time I entered my card details, there was an error message saying it wasn't deducted, and the Robux wasn't credited either. I then entered my card details a second time, and it went through, with the Robux credited successfully. However, when I checked my mobile banking shortly after, it showed that I was charged twice. I have yet to receive the online receipt for the Robux purchase. Can you please advise me on the refund process? Thank you.

There's an individual going by the name gogai9jaar, also known as Jeremy/Lucas/Lip Yard, who has been causing trouble for me. He's been hacking my games and sharing inappropriate content. Despite my efforts to block him, he keeps creating new accounts. I've taken steps by reporting the issue to my school, reaching out to Roblox (which incurred a £6 charge), and even contacting the police. This person appears to be around 17 years old and is reportedly from the Netherlands.

I create content for my YouTube channel named "JM Games" where I mostly focus on playing Roblox. Today, while checking my Roblox profile, I encountered a sudden message stating: "Account Deleted. Our content monitors have determined that your behavior on Roblox violated our Terms of Use. Reviewed: 12/14/[redacted] 12:44:03 PM (CT) Moderator Note: Your account was moderated due to unauthorized or disputed charges. Your account has been terminated. To appeal, contact us via the Support Form." I am surprised as I haven't engaged in any prohibited activities like using exploits or inappropriate language. I seek assistance in resolving this issue. I encountered an issue where upon opening the tab, I was prompted with the login or sign-up screen. Despite knowing my password, after entering the correct information to login, the page loaded only to kick me out within a mere 3 seconds. This is frustrating as I have a great history with a game on my previous account. While playing Roblox, everything was fine until I took a break for a few minutes. When I returned, I was prompted with the login and sign up screens unexpectedly. My account Softball022807 was hacked back in April of this year. On that day, I bought 1,[redacted] robux for $20.00 to change my username. I had given up on recovering it until now. Before being locked out, someone sent virus links to all my friends promoting a "Free Robux Website." Now, I am using the account pastelbeetles for playing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In December [redacted], I created an account when I was over 13 years old and had access to all 13+ features. Recently, I noticed I was being overly censored in the game. Upon investigating, I discovered that my birth year was incorrectly set to [redacted], which I did not do. I have not been hacked or had my information tampered with and have proven this to Roblox support. I possess physical evidence that my account was created in [redacted], as confirmed by Roblox messages and the account creation date in my information. Despite informing them of all this, I have only received automated responses multiple times from different "people" stating they go by the birth year on the account. It is clear that I could not have created a [redacted] account with a [redacted] birthday. I am still waiting to hear from a real person, and I am frustrated as there seems to be no other way to contact them.
