Help with my Qantas Airlines issue
How did GetHuman-vpip do it?

Re Booking No. MGMW***Booked ** June ****, *Rang Qantas on ** Aug to upgrade to Business class for flight Brisbane to Darwin. Went into Manage My Booking but can only find information for one passenger who is Phillip Gordon Piper however Valerie June Piper is travelling also. Valerie is not appearing on Manage my Booking. I have documentation that both have been paid for.*We are travelling Darwin to Cairns, Cairns to Brisbane and Brisbane to Darwin. Phillip was able to upgrade with points for business class and Valerie paid for her upgrade. The last leg of the journey Brisbane to Darwin was the only leg we upgraded to business, the other two are economy.
GetHuman-vpip did not yet indicate what Qantas Airlines should do to make this right.
