I ordered my BYOP SIM card on July 2nd. After calling on July 13th and being told it would arrive within 48 hours, my tracking information has not changed. It shows the SIM card was shipped on July 2nd, tracked to Ohio on the 7th, and is still in transit with an expected delivery of July 8th. My old phone requires a PUK number to unlock the SIM card, which I don't have. Can it be emailed to me? On June 25, [redacted], I placed an order for a $70 phone. I received a confirmation number, but when I got the tracking number, the package was delivered to someone in my complex. After contacting the company twice, they confirmed it was delivered to that person. I did not change my address or authorize anyone to receive my order. Now they are shipping a replacement phone to a different address without my consent. I have lived at my current address for over three years and this situation is very unexpected. I never changed my address or phone number. I would like a refund or to receive the phone I ordered. I am disappointed that this mix-up occurred, especially because this was a new phone I needed. As an elderly, disabled veteran, I cannot afford a $[redacted] phone. Please update me on the situation as the person who received my package is not cooperating. Thank you.

I have been a Q Link customer for a while and have changed phones multiple times. Every time I switch, it prompts me to get a new SIM card. After requesting a new SIM card and it getting lost in the mail, now I am unable to switch back to my previous phone because it still expects me to use the lost SIM card. I have several Q Link SIM cards and would like to activate one on my current or older phone. I have contacted UPS regarding the lost mail situation, but they require Q Link to initiate an investigation. I would appreciate it if Q Link could either activate an old SIM card on one of my phones, contact UPS to locate the missing one, or send a new SIM card altogether. The phone was to be delivered to my Lee Summit address. Regrettably, it was not forwarded as only mail envelopes are transferred, not packages. I have been a QLink customer since January [redacted] and have only changed phones once. My iPhone 6 got damaged last night when I dropped it on the concrete porch. Despite attempting to charge it, the battery only reaches 8% to 10%. I have tested multiple cords with the same outcome. Is it possible to receive a replacement phone? I prefer the user-friendly iPhone, but am open to suggestions for a new SMART phone if necessary. I am a Texas Lifeline customer and any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I attempted to apply for a phone for my grandmother, Angelina P., but encountered issues. When filling out the application, it required a phone number to reach her for additional information, so I provided my aunt's phone number. I then entered my mother's number as a secondary one. Unfortunately, upon completing the application, I couldn't proceed with the payment for the $25 phone. Customer service informed me that by using my aunt's number, the lifeline would be under my grandmother's name on my aunt's phone, which was not my intention. I kindly request to cancel the whole application submitted on August 24th, [redacted]. I have been unable to reach a live representative for assistance. I haven't had the phone number [redacted] for months now. I received a new sim card to transfer from my Boost phone, but I'm having trouble making it work. I am frustrated with not being able to speak to a person to help me with this process. I need someone to either set up the sim card correctly or disconnect it so I can try another option. It is unfair that I am paying for a service that I cannot use while everyone else seems to have no issues switching their sim cards. I am ready to contact the Attorney General and the BBB. I believe that as a company receiving government funds, there should be human assistance available, especially for disabled individuals as required by the disability act. I am experiencing issues with my Qlink phone replacement. I had to order a new phone due to a cracked screen on my previous device. After receiving the replacement and setting it up, my service abruptly stopped working. Despite following troubleshooting steps suggested by Qlink's support center and customer service, my phone remains unable to make calls or send texts. The model I received does not even have a SIM card slot. I cannot afford another replacement and am in need of a functioning phone. I am seeking an LG Electronics Smartphone to replace my ZTE Quest5. The ZTE device has been unreliable from the start. Despite repeated attempts, I was unable to make or receive calls promptly due to technical issues. Even after sending the phone to ZTE for inspection, I was informed of liquid damage, which I find puzzling as the phone has been stationary on my nightstand since I received it. Now, ZTE is requesting payment for repairs, which is unfair considering the phone never functioned correctly from day one. I am hoping to find a solution by getting a replacement LG smartphone.

I recently moved to a new address, and I have been trying to update it but keep receiving a validation error. I have already updated my address on the checklifeline website. When I contacted customer service, I held for 30 minutes before speaking to a representative. He transferred me to another department to update my address but after waiting for over an hour and a half, the call got disconnected without a callback. I provided my number in case of disconnection.

I am requesting the cancellation of my account with your company in order to switch to a different service provider. I have encountered ongoing issues with the device and connectivity since I first received it. I have been facing various difficulties with this phone since I started using it. The phone keeps powering off during use and takes a long time to turn back on. Apps do not load properly, the screen freezes, and I am unable to answer or receive most incoming calls; it even rejects some calls automatically. This has become a problem for me, especially because I am currently unwell, and my doctor is unable to reach me. I am struggling financially due to the impact of Covid-19, and being a single parent with a low income leaves me with limited resources. I ordered a replacement phone which was shipped on September 1st. However, by September 18th, the phone has not arrived as it was never transferred to USPS or UPS. Both carriers advised me to contact QLink for a replacement and start an investigation. Initially, I was told to pick it up at the post office 45 miles away, but later advised to wait due to Covid-19 delays. Now, I have been informed to wait another two weeks for the tracking to update before considering a replacement. I am frustrated as I paid nearly $[redacted] and suspect foul play. I am disappointed with the phone I purchased from your company. I am considering returning it and using the refund towards buying another phone I saw on your website for an additional $[redacted].
