Help with my Q Link Wireless issue

The issue in GetHuman-aadwittr's own words
I would very much like to spend some time with an English speaking individual of sufficient lung power to find out how to acquire phone service. I am deaf you see. ... Other than I don't know how to operate the phone and the manual is useless I don't know what to say. Can I acquire a phone which allows one to answer without some advertisement interrupting and then switching off the call. The key pad is almost nonexistent half way through a dial up it will become absent and be required to be reset. My old phone was just a phone and alas and alack, it was I assume what one might call a dumb phone. In other words, it did what one told it to do with only the odd error from time to time. This might be a smart phone, but that allows it to be autonomous from the user. I don't watch The electric television for the reason that none of the information I see on it is useful to me. As such I find that being exposed to the media and advertising on a phone a priori to being able to talk to a medical health practitioner is not the purpose of a phone for a disabled person. My last phone as simple as it was allowed me to take care of priority issues before I or the doctor came to the end of our lives. Perhaps this is a bizarre request, but is there a phone on the market that I can use with your system that acts as a phone. I have a number of heart problems and dealing with a phone that is a non phone is a rather poor combination. Last week you deprived me of the use of my phone, and now I am without the phone that did work, the resultant process being one of being deprived of a utilitarian telephonic device. I have attempted to call you on the phone, but the recording is too indistinct for me to hear. Did I inform you that the telephone is given to whispering rather than speaking distinctly. I am likely to get an amplification device for the telephone when I find one that works. I have been happy with your service of some * uneventfully pleasant and acceptable years. Until that is I acquired the present device. My desire is to remain with your service, failing that, I cannot conceive of what resource to pursue.
Their device is for communication and at present the said device is hindering its prime objective.
Giving me a telephone that I am capable of using. An actual manual in actual English and is about the actual operation of the device and practical use would be grand.

I went to a competitor's establishment to have them show me how to work the device. This helped somewhat.
