my email was somehow compromised and emails were sent that I wanted my service suspended and it was not me that requested that. I want my qlink service turned back on asap because there is no reason for it to have been turned off!

i try to get a human at qlinkwireless and never can i press * over and over again and still no luck i cancelled my service a couple of months ago and the phone and the number are still active but my accounnt says upon my request my service was cancelled so i need to know why and how is the phone and number still working! i have emailed them over and over and got no response. my next step will be the better business burea and more if i dont get answers

no my issue was not fixed as I stated before my email was compromised saying I want my service cancelled and that email was not sent by me I had no reason to want my service cancelled. I was approved for that service long ago and never had a problem so having said that I want my service turned back on like it should be because it should have never been cancelled and it was not upon my request so this issue needs to be rectified by restoring my service immediately
