Help with my Pure Talk USA issue

My brother signed up for puretalk by phone. the tech did not ask him for the referral code. when he called me to say he signed up, he realized that the tech did not take down the code. I called puretalk right a way and explained the situation. we got disconnected and they never called me back. i called back * more times and experienced long periods of being placed on hold while the tech (who stated that they had not heard of a referral program) asked a supervisor. finally a supervisor was connected who apparently stated that referrals can only be used at the time of signing up. I am sure that given the poor training of the techs, a supervisor can figure out how to add the referral code to my brothers order. My code is below.
