Hello, I have a couple of problems that I can use some help with. The first is that I just accessed my account online as I found out that the payments that I had made out checks for never were mailed out and that my balance is now *** dollars (and some change) I was somewhat surprised to be sure. I know that I have not received a couple of the listed items. One being the screwdriver, one being the lilac bushes I ordered and also the battery tester. I do not know if you are able to track these items and let me know as I have yet to reciever themm. The second problem that I have is that I would like to at least make a small payment of ** or ** dollars toward my account balance and do not see where I am able to do that. I realize that it is not the entire balance, however I had no idea that my checks were not coming to PCH and that is how my balance got so high. Unfortunately I am unable to remit the entire amount at present and do not see how to at least make a small - show - of - good- faith payment towards what I owe you guys.
