I have been playing since the beginning, and I had one order that I have not received yet. I received repeated notifications until I felt compelled to purchase another item, but I did not receive any information about that order. I feel like I have wasted a lot of time being pushed to place orders. The rules clearly state that there is no obligation to make a purchase, but I have been told that I need to add another order to be eligible for prizes. This situation is concerning me, and it seems unfair.

I'm facing issues accessing the site due to hackers, and I keep getting redirected to the PCH truck page. I've tried several times and followed your instructions, but I can't perform searches. The hackers draining my phone's battery, forcing me to recharge hourly. I'll attempt again at home, but may need to factory reset my phone, losing all my apps. Hopefully, that resolves the problem. I am currently having trouble downloading anything on my phone. I'm attempting to follow your instructions, but hackers keep interfering. I can't reach Best Buy to remove them. I have encountered an issue with entering my daily PCH sweepstakes due to an error with my customer ID number. When prompted to enter the last four digits, [redacted] is not recognized, leading to multiple failed attempts. Eventually, I input my full customer ID number, [redacted]2, and it is accepted, even though the last four digits remain [redacted]. It is frustrating to go through this process every night. Good evening, I would like to report a concerning issue with my recent order. Upon receiving the package, I discovered small bugs in both the tin and the contents of the item. I received a call today from someone claiming to be from PCH, stating I won a Mercedes Benz. The caller, Deborah Holland, instructed me to purchase a "One Vanilla" Visa card and load $[redacted]. Mistakenly, I bought a MyVanilla Visa card, but upon correction from the caller, I tried to find the correct type with no success. Eventually, a store employee warned me it was a scam as others had fallen for it before. Despite a promised callback at 3:30 pm, I never heard back. I have their contact number if needed. I recently updated my email address due to being hacked on Monday, the 17th. I've been a loyal PCH player for over four years and have amassed over [redacted] million tokens. After changing my email and updating my information, PCH assured me that my tokens would be transferred to my new email. Unfortunately, this transfer did not occur as promised. I kindly request for my [redacted] million tokens to be moved from [redacted] to [redacted] I've lost my VIP status along with its associated benefits, and it's disheartening to start over. I recently received a notice from D. Holland on Friday at 5pm, dated for the previous Wednesday, which was confusing. When I contacted PCH at 1-[redacted] on Saturday, I encountered technical issues and unhelpful service from Val. The lack of assistance continued on Monday with long wait times and call disconnections. I felt disappointed about missing out on a chance to win $7,[redacted] a week due to these challenges. My wife, Angela, also had a negative experience with their customer service. It would have been better if they had allowed me to provide the activation code and participate in the contest.

I am repeatedly receiving shipments of live plants from PCH, and it has become excessive. I initially may have chosen to receive a couple of live plants, but now I am inundated with multiple boxes. I live in a condominium and do not have the space or need for continuous live plant deliveries. I am requesting PCH to discontinue the recurring shipments of live plants immediately.

Order Number: [redacted]04 Customer ID: [redacted]2 I recently purchased the ArmorAll HD Dashboard Camera, and I regret to report that the suction mount has broken. Despite the reasonable price, without a functioning mount, the camera cannot stay in place. I feel disappointed as I had to separately purchase a 32 GB micro SD card, an accessory I assumed would be included. This additional cost of $24 brings my total investment in the faulty ArmorAll HD Camera to over $51. After researching further, I discovered a better offer on Amazon for a HD camera with a [redacted]-degree angle, included HD card, and dual-port charger, which appears more user-friendly than the ArmorAll camera. For $59, the Aukey Dash Cam on Amazon seems to outperform the ArmorAll camera in every aspect. I kindly request a refund for the ArmorAll HD Camera and would appreciate it if the product could be returned. I would like to report a suspicious phone call I received on Saturday, October 31, [redacted], at around 11 a.m. Central Daylight Saving Time at my residence. A man with a distinct accent claiming to be from PCH in New York called to inform me that I had won a 3.5 million dollar raffle prize and that it would be delivered to my home around 4 p.m. that day. Immediately, I became skeptical as I had never heard of prize notifications being made via phone calls, especially when one was actually scheduled for that day. To be cautious, my husband started recording the conversation on another phone. The caller provided an ID code ([redacted]) and repeated it verbally before giving a Confirmation number (CN124505KSUS) which he asked me to repeat, a request I declined. We made it clear we would not share this information, and he abruptly ended the call. I received a high-pressure power washer attachment for my hose that was supposed to be free, but it arrived after being on backorder. The email confirmed a $30.00 credit, so I decided to go ahead and order it. When the item arrived, I found it was priced at $29.90, including tax and shipping, and it was bent in packaging marked "handle with care." I only ordered it because of the credit. In March [redacted], I ordered a battery-powered dual lamp motion sensor light with order number 3[redacted] [redacted]. However, I have yet to receive my purchase. Recently, on April 18th, I received a notification from PCH requesting immediate payment of $30.04 for this order, which I paid promptly even though I had not received the item. Despite my payment, the package has still not been delivered. My customer ID is [redacted] [redacted]. Furthermore, I am dissatisfied with PCH as two of the items I received this year were disappointing. I have not returned them due to the complicated return process and fear of exposure to COVID-19 at the post office.
