I recently received a Waxed Amaryllis as a gift, but unfortunately, it arrived poorly packaged. The new growth, about 3-4 inches, was snapped off and is browned and useless. The bulb, which is red waxed, seems to be loose inside the wax, and the wax itself is dented. This makes the item totally useless. I have ordered other items, so I kindly request a credit to my account. I will dispose of the plant unless you require a photo or want me to return it. Thank you. - PA Helm

I recently visited your website to purchase Christmas gifts, but I am dissatisfied with the entire shopping experience. I would like to request a refund for my unopened purchases and return the items at no extra cost. I was not aware of the $4.99 shipping fee per item and the additional $5 for each individual item's shipment, totaling nearly $50 for what should have been around $20 for a Frozen fleece throw. The 'Mystery Gift' I received was not worth the $5 shipping cost. I am disappointed with these unexpected charges and wish to return two orders for a full refund. I shop online regularly and find it unreasonable to charge $5 for shipping per item. Please contact me to arrange the returns and refund. I received an email regarding an order I did not place. I attempted to cancel this order for a 48-piece battery set as it was not requested by me. I have no need for this item and wish for the order to be canceled. The order number provided in the email is [redacted]2, with the corresponding ID number as [redacted]. Please refrain from shipping this item as I did not authorize or want it. I refuse to pay for something I did not purchase. I placed an order for code WTS7 item# 5478B2, a pet towel, and code WUO2 item# 54621W, a retractable leash. After receiving the package, I found the pet towel inside, but instead of the retractable leash, there was a can of Pecan Supreme Fruit & Nut Mix labeled with the code 919Y. This is not the item I ordered, and I do not wish to be charged for items not on my original order. I am keen on receiving the correct item, the retractable leash, as soon as possible.

I am currently dealing with the loss of my wife, which is why I have been playing your games and downloading apps sporadically, causing delays in my response time. Unfortunately, my wife had stage 4 cancer, which we found out too late when she fractured her rib and the cancer was discovered in her bladder, liver, and lungs. Her condition deteriorated rapidly, and she was not able to undergo chemotherapy due to her age. The focus now is on preparing for her upcoming funeral, and I hope to return to PCH games afterwards, although the numerous app downloads are a challenge for me. I have made purchases from you in the past year and noticed a sudden increase in shipping and handling charges. One of my recent orders included a copper set that turned out to be painted instead of genuine copper. The shipping charges seemed reasonable for those items. However, my current order, which consists of a child's bracelet and a 3-piece hot pad set, is lightweight and small in size. I find the high shipping costs for these items, which are light and compact, to be unreasonable. In contrast, previous orders that were heavier and larger had lower shipping fees. I am returning both the necklace and the hot pad set due to these issues. The copper storage bowls I purchased also did not meet my expectations as they discolored quickly. I request that you remove the shipping charge from my account as I am sending these items back. It is concerning to pay more for shipping than for the products purchased. I received my product yesterday evening in the mail, and unfortunately, both bottles of nail hardener were broken underneath the caps, just like my previous order in January. I received my product in the mail yesterday evening, but unfortunately, both bottles of nail hardener were broken right underneath the caps. This is the replacement for my first order, which arrived in the same condition back in January. I will not be paying for this item as it was damaged during delivery. I do not want another replacement and wish to stop receiving this product altogether. I have tried calling several times without any success. I encountered an issue while trying to complete my entry process. Despite being under the impression that there was no purchase necessary, I found myself at a point in the process where I was prompted to buy items. I attempted this three times, yet the system continued to claim I had not made any orders. This inconsistency has left me feeling frustrated and suspicious of the legitimacy of the process. It seems deceitful to advertise no purchase required but then prevent entry completion without a purchase. This contradictory requirement raises concerns of possible fraudulent practices.

About a year ago, I ordered the Episode 8 "Alliance Stripes" silk touch throw, but each time I've received the wrong product. Despite contacting the company six times, the incorrect item, "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," was just sent to me again. Representatives assure me that the correct item will be shipped while allowing me to keep the incorrect one at no charge, but I'm becoming frustrated by the repeated errors. I no longer have confidence in ordering from PCH due to this mishandling of the situation. I kindly request to receive the correct product, the Episode 8 "Alliance Stripes" silk touch throw, at no additional cost. I purchased a Christmas carol aloe 3[redacted], but have not received it despite being charged. The steak thermometer set of 4 was also ordered but not received, yet I was charged for it. Additionally, I ordered the Ideal Works gorilla ties, did not receive them, but was charged. I am willing to pay for the items I owe, so please send me an accurate bill. Today, 5/9/[redacted], I received an invoice from PCH regarding a magazine subscription for $11.95 plus $0.84 tax. However, to date, I have not received the first copy of the magazine. I need urgent help to cancel all orders and receive a refund for my PC purchases. My computer is incompatible with Windows 10 and has caused numerous problems for me. I am in my late 70s and facing memory issues and health challenges due to cancer. I've been struggling to manage the orders and payments, with financial limitations and physical pain making things harder. I am contacting you about two shipments, #30[redacted] [redacted] and #3[redacted] [redacted], containing Microwave Lids and Handles that I did not order. While I purchased two sets of these items previously, I did not authorize these additional 4 items. Aside from this dispute, my records indicate I have paid for all other orders from Publishers Clearing House. It is unclear why duplicate orders were placed. Please provide an RA# for me to return the unsolicited items. I have received duplicate shipments in the past but chose not to address them until now. I want to express my disappointment with the American Eagle banners I recently ordered (Order #[redacted]). The quality is subpar, and the brackets meant to hold them up are not secure. Even the slightest breeze can make them come loose. While I understand that my return window has likely closed, it's important for you to know that if you're encouraging people to buy for a chance to win, the products should be higher quality. The shipping fees are also excessive. Regarding my upcoming order (Order #[redacted]), I would like to cancel it. Given the current COVID-19 situation, it's not practical for me to spend $85.00+ on items that may turn out to be poorly made. While some of your products are good, it seems like they might be the exception rather than the norm. My message serves as feedback, and I hope for a resolution. Reducing shipping costs and avoiding guilt-inducing language could improve the customer experience.
