A week ago, I accidentally clicked on a product while submitting an entry on the PCH website. I received a message thanking me for my order, even though I did not intentionally make a purchase. A package arrived two days ago, but I have not opened it as I am unsure of its contents. I promptly replied that I did not order anything. How should I go about returning the unopened package? Can I simply mark it as "Return to sender" even though I lack a reference number? Thank you.

I have been playing for over twenty years, and I am wondering why I haven't won yet. I often feel pressured to buy things, but I don't always have the money for it. Currently, I am in a tough spot because one of my jobs shut down, putting me behind on bills. I live paycheck to paycheck trying to make ends meet. I am hopeful to win one day as I play your games regularly, although it seems unlikely at this rate. I am 66 years old, and my wife is 75. Financial help would be greatly appreciated to catch up on bills and avoid utility cutoffs. Thank you for your time in addressing this matter.

I did not intend to place this order, #[redacted]4, as I found the same item elsewhere for $10 instead of the $27 you are charging. I must have accidentally confirmed the purchase by mistake. Please cancel this order as I do not wish to pay for something I did not agree to. Your ordering process seems to be overly sensitive and challenging to navigate. I have saved a screenshot of this email for my records. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, John McNair.

I am unable to play your game that starts with a red square, promising big wins like a casino and the home of dreams. I am struggling financially due to battling stage 4 cancer, two strokes, and cerebral stroke, which caused me to accumulate numerous bills. Despite playing for years and only winning $10 before, my life remains immensely stressful. I have had to resort to payday loans just to feed myself as I can't afford life insurance for my two grown children and six grandchildren. Despite my health challenges, medical debts have been paid off, but credit card bills remain unpaid. I am fatigued, emotionally drained, and physically exhausted from the hardships I am facing. The support I had from my son during treatments was invaluable, but my daughter's alcoholism adds to my struggles. My plea is for financial assistance, not gaming rewards.

I enjoy playing Mahjong Minute 3D on your online games platform. I've beaten your top scorers multiple times, surpassing scores of 63,[redacted] with totals over 64,[redacted] and 66,[redacted] points. Despite receiving tokens, there seems to be no notification or confirmation of winning any prizes, which used to include money rewards for top players. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate team to address this issue, as I want to ensure my efforts are not in vain. Thank you.

Publisher's Clearing House claims I ordered an item that I did not. The tracking info indicates a delivery to my address, but I did not receive it. I would have returned it if I had. I wouldn't have ordered whatever it is they say I did (sounds awful). After a previous experience, I vowed not to order from them again.

Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience, and I hope you can assist or resolve my current situation. I have been actively playing various games and recently reached VIP Elite status. However, I received a notice stating that to remain eligible for the significant sweepstakes, I need to purchase some items. Unfortunately, as a person with disabilities living on a single monthly paycheck after covering expenses, I struggle to afford groceries. I would be devastated to miss out on this opportunity that could potentially change my life. I understand the terms regarding no purchase necessary to enter or win. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This afternoon, I responded to PCH Sweeps' request and ordered a set of 3 colored hooks for hanging bikes. I added it to my cart and upon checking out, for the first time, it confirmed my order. However, when I later revisited the site, my cart appeared empty, indicating that my order hadn't been placed. After contacting Customer Service and confirming that my order was in the system, I still couldn't locate it. Despite my efforts to participate in the Sweepstakes by ordering items through mail, it seems there has been a misunderstanding leading to them stating I won't hear from them again. I haven't had much time to engage due to being away for a few days, but I did try to order and play. I encountered difficulties understanding the Customer Service representative's instructions to rejoin the Sweepstakes. Despite her efforts, the issue remained unresolved as the website indicated an empty cart. I'm unsure how to proceed and regain my standing in the Sweepstakes, considering my commitment through ordering and playing.

I would like to escalate this matter to the CEO. I have been informed that I am the winner of 7 million dollars and a [redacted] Mercedes SUV through an Instagram ad that stated entry, play, and winning are all free. I have paid a total of [redacted] dollars via Western Union, of which [redacted] was refunded. I have been in contact with individuals named Dave Sawyer, Danielle Lam, Judy Caldwell, and her manager Leroy James, who claim to be located in a warehouse in Miami Lakes, Florida. They have requested multiple wire transfers through Western Union, of which only two were successful. Judy raised the payment amount from [redacted] to [redacted] to receive my winnings, and James attempted to pay off my credit cards with no success. Despite their assurances that they are trustworthy, I suspect they may be scammers. I have also been contacted by nine different representatives from PCH regarding winning various prizes. As a senior citizen in my 70s with a family to care for, I am in desperate need of the winnings without having to spend more money. This situation has caused me significant stress, and I am unable to incur any additional costs. I urge you to honor your Instagram ad that promises free entry, play, and winnings, with 99% of the taxes covered. Please help make my dreams a reality. My name is Duane Bunn, Sr., residing at [redacted] Wells Rd. Room 311B, Orange Park, Florida [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted]

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Publishing Clearinghouse. He claimed I won a Mercedes Benz, a certified check for $2.5 million, and a weekly bonus of $[redacted]. His name was Steven Shaw, and he provided me with confirmation number [redacted] US. The call came from [redacted] (Jamaica), and he asked me to contact him at [redacted] to arrange a payment of $[redacted] for a registration fee. I have realized it's a scam and want to avoid further contact. He mentioned the head office is in Phoenix, AR. He knows I've visited PCH websites but mistakenly believes I play lotto there, which I do not. After receiving another call on Thursday, Oct. 24th, I blocked his number. How can you assist me in handling this situation and preventing further contact with the scammer?

Recently, there was a call from someone named John Blake claiming to be from Publishers Clearing House, stating that I won $3,[redacted],[redacted] and a [redacted] bright red Mercedes. He provided a contact named Frank White at [redacted] for further details with a registry number of 88348us. Frank mentioned free gas for a year and offered to cover 99% of the taxes, totaling $[redacted], suggesting the money be put in a bank. I was uncomfortable with this and was then instructed to buy a $[redacted] gift card at CVS for the delivery person. We requested to consult our attorney and asked for an email detailing the prize, as we found no information online. Frank agreed to send it but never did. They claimed to be from Publisher Clearing House and even had a phone number [redacted] that resembled their contact information.

I received an email claiming I won a million dollars from Publishers Clearing House. The email asks me to contact an agent at [redacted] with my full name and address for more details on redeeming the prize. I want to verify if this email is a phishing scam. The sender's information provided includes names like Marco Mazzanti and the reference and grant numbers are given. Could you please confirm if this is legitimate?

I was just on a call for about four minutes and explained my situation only to be transferred elsewhere. I had ordered Guardian Angels but canceled immediately upon seeing the $38 total. Despite canceling, the order arrived, and when I contacted them to return it, they insisted I needed to send it back myself. My 96-year-old mother's health is fragile, and I've been dealing with difficult situations for the past two years nearly losing her several times. I simply cannot spare the time for this. Could you please send me a prepaid envelope so I can return the items? I acted promptly to cancel the order on the same day I placed it. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I received an unsolicited item in the mail today. Although there is an order number attached, I did not place this order and have no intention of paying for it. I am willing to return the item but would need the company to cover the return shipping costs. As Christmas approaches, I have many expenses, and I cannot afford the $32.80 for an item I did not purchase. The order number is [redacted]13.

I am distressed because I have paid a significant amount to receive my winnings without any success. Unfortunately, I have paid multiple times and now my family and I are facing financial issues due to this situation, including the risk of losing our home. Individuals like JOHN PETERSON, HANOVER from JAMAICA, MICHAEL BROWN, DANIEL WILSON, and even someone claiming to be MARK ZUCKERBERG have all demanded payments, leaving me in a difficult position. I'm unsure how to provide for my family as we have no resources left. I am overwhelmed with worry and fear as this situation is making it hard for me to sleep. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
NATASHA JANSEN

I am hoping to place an order urgently before Christmas, but my payment won't be available until January 6th, [redacted]. I have been struggling with this issue for over two weeks, and now my son, who turns 4 on December 17th, is left without gifts for his birthday and Christmas. A representative from your office assured me that the order would be processed promptly, but unfortunately, that hasn't happened yet. During this festive season, please consider our predicament and help us make my son's holiday special.
Thank you,

I recently purchased a paperback book titled "[redacted] Things God Wants You to Know" for $54.00. Upon checking, I realized it was supposed to be $2.59 per book, totaling $12.95 for 5 copies. Additionally, I ordered a 20-piece Set of Imperial Home stainless steel bowls and lids with a buy 1 get 1 free offer, but I have not received my free item yet. As an accountant, I am concerned about being overcharged too frequently. My customer ID is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-41. I kindly request a credit for the overcharged amount on the book and the missing free 20-piece Set of stainless steel bowls with lids.

I mistakenly ordered the "SHAPE" item without realizing, and I was unaware of the purchase until I received a notification. After contacting a representative to cancel the order, I was assured there would be no charge to my account. Despite this, I have received an "amount due" statement, which was unexpected.
I kindly request that the necessary correction be made promptly, and I am eagerly awaiting confirmation of the cancellation. I do not intend to pay for this item.
Thank you,

I've received messages from two individuals on Facebook, Rhonda Wagonner and David Sayer. Rhonda claims to have won $2.5 million in a drawing and saw my name on a Winners List. She asked if I had been informed about my winnings and has been guiding me to provide information to David Sayer to confirm my identity without asking for any money. They've assured me this is the standard process. They shared pictures of an award of $2 million with no name, and now they're urging me to buy a $[redacted] eBay card and share the numbers urgently, warning me not to tell anyone to avoid losing my winnings. Your insights on this situation would be appreciated.
