A person identifying himself as Mr. John Martin contacted me, claiming I had won $2.5 million and a BMW through PCH. He scheduled a delivery for today at 4:30 p.m. in Venice, Florida. He requested that I call him back at [redacted], which I did. When I called, someone answered and connected me to Mr. Martin. He mentioned I would need to provide ID and a "registration receipt" to cover taxes on the car. He also stated that there might be a requirement to pay around $1,[redacted] due to federal regulations on winnings. During the call, I thought I heard a dog barking in the background, making me more suspicious. To verify the authenticity of this, I am reaching out to inquire whether PCH contacts winners directly.

Recently, I've been receiving items I didn't order. I placed an order for one item, but something else arrives. Is there a policy for exchanging an item if the one I ordered isn't available? For instance, last week I ordered something and got a "comfort pillow" instead. I typically prefer to see items before buying them. This has been occurring frequently.

I have been a customer of PCH since [redacted]. The products I ordered have always been useful and reasonably priced. However, recently I've received items I didn't order and couldn't use or afford. Some were returned unopened as I didn't order them, but for others that I opened, I had to pay to return. I am now stuck with one item and have another on my list. I am unsure why this is happening and may have to stop ordering from PCH if not resolved. At 88 years old, I find this situation burdensome and not something I want to deal with. After 27 years, my first and last name are wrong. The address is correct, but my name is incorrect. I heard that this could be to avoid awarding the winner if the name on the check doesn't match the true name. I'm not certain, but I've heard of instances in the past where no winner was found due to this issue. My name is Kenny Parker, and I live at [redacted] Hobbs Rd, Kenton, Tennessee. In the last four mailings, you have been using "Kenney Palker" instead of my correct name. I've made corrections on the mailers, but I'm unsure of the outcome so far.

I answered numerous challenging questions about the Corona virus, only to be told afterward that they had already received enough responses. My time is precious, and I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience. I received my orders today, but two items are incorrect. I ordered the GOLDEN #1 HITS 50's/60's and received THE SIT AND BE FIT CD. Additionally, instead of the NAIL BUFFER SET, I got a purse I did not order. However, I did receive the CD SWEET COUNTRY BALLADS CD. I will only pay for the items I ordered and would like to receive the NAIL BUFFER SET and GOLDEN #1 HITS 50's/60's that I originally requested.

I did not place an order on Sunday, December 27th, [redacted]. Tonight, upon checking my email, I noticed a thank you for an order I did not make. My husband, who is 92, has COVID-19 and is in the hospital. I am unable to afford groceries, let alone purchase your products. Thank you.
I genuinely enjoy Publishers Clearing House and often recommend it to my friends for gift purchases.
P.S. I would greatly appreciate any advice on how I can become a winner. I have been playing PCH since my first marriage as Jean Calaway in [redacted], my second marriage as Jean Keck in [redacted], and now in my third marriage as Jean Parsley in [redacted], but I have never won anything despite playing and buying for over 20 years. This morning, on 12/28/20 around 11:45 AM, my wife received a phone call informing her that she was the beneficiary of a $2.5 million prize from a PCH Special Drawing, despite her not recognizing the caller as part of PCH. When he spoke to me, he reiterated the prize and asked if I was familiar with PCH before the call abruptly ended. After he called back and requested that I get a pen and paper, he ended the call when I asked him to wait. The number that appeared was [redacted] from the Kingston Survey Group. Regarding my order related to [redacted]4 and Question # [redacted]57, it seems that my Men's Black Genuine Lambskin Leather Wallet order from a PCH mail-in promotion was lost or not received. I am still interested in purchasing the wallet at the discounted price of $14.95. Unfortunately, I do not have the item number but it was part of a mail-in flyer promotion.
Furthermore, I recently tried to enter a Sweepstakes by entering an Activation Code online, but I was redirected to a link that was difficult to navigate due to small print and did not allow me to complete my entry.
I am beginning to feel unlucky with my PCH experiences. Any assistance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.

Order Issue with Credit Wallets
I recently received two credit wallets, item #540P3H, which I did not order. The wallets appear to be low in quality as they don't fit credit cards properly. I am unsure how my billing information was obtained as I haven't provided it to PCH. I intend to report this to Consumer Protection. If you wish to retrieve the wallets, kindly send a prepaid shipping label to my email. Otherwise, I will dispose of them. Furthermore, I have experienced trouble reaching your customer service via phone.

Dear PCH, I am troubled by the barrage of emails I have received, lured in with false hopes of winning prizes. The misleading emails claim I am the next big winner, but lead me to endless surveys and quizzes. The questionable tactics used are deceptive and flood my mailbox and disrupt my business with unwanted calls. I request to be removed from all mailing and phone lists unless it involves a legitimate contest I have won. It was challenging to find a way to contact you or even to know who owns PCH. In these unsettling times in America, tarnished by dishonest businesses and government scandals, I hope you will handle your dealings responsibly. I was told I won $12 million and requested $5 from me. If I won't receive the prize, I expect my $5 back as every bit helps during these tough times. I await your response. Sincerely, Toby Rowe.

I need to update my address. My old address was [redacted] Wilder Ave, Elyria, Ohio [redacted]. Please change it to my new address: Clyde O'Neal, [redacted] #[redacted] Chandlers Lane, Olmsted Falls, Ohio [redacted]. I called customer service 45 days ago, spoke to a man who assured me the change would be made, but it was not done. I have little faith in winning big from PCH. It seems like only a select few succeed, possibly those related to someone within the organization. Many seniors, including myself, share this sentiment. The lack of transparency on winners, whether big prizes or smaller ones like gift cards, is disappointing. The internet is full of claims calling PCH a scam, and unfortunately, many of us tend to believe it. It feels like all PCH cares about is getting more orders.

I mailed my check #[redacted] for $40.00 on March 4, [redacted], but I see it has not been applied to my account. I got a bill on 2-19-21 with a balance of $85.61. After deducting the $40 I sent, I should only owe $45.61, which I will pay next month when I get my new order. I intend to pay it immediately. Could the $40 have been applied to the wrong account? It hasn't cleared my account yet. I will also contact the local post office about this and you can do the same with your St. Cloud delivery unit.

I have been informed that I won a prize of 14 million dollars, 7,[redacted] dollars weekly for life, and a new car. They have asked me to make payments for stamps from the IRS and other expenses. Despite your advertisement stating no money would be required, they continue to insist. They have sent me photos of the prize patrol to prove the authenticity. Jordan Bank is managing my winnings and is requesting 25,[redacted] dollars for the prize delivery. They directed me to a dealership to choose my car. Due to their threats of revoking the prize, I am now homeless. I have already paid [redacted] dollars from my account and they are pressuring me for an additional 25,[redacted] dollars that I cannot afford for the prize.

As a long-time customer with numerous orders, I recently encountered an issue with Firefox that resulted in the loss of all my passwords. Despite attempting to reset my password via email, I continuously encountered a frustrating message stating "HAVING TROUBLE REDIRECTING" repeatedly throughout the day. I wish to update my email address from [redacted] to [redacted] However, when I previously tried to do so, my stored tokens drastically decreased from 37,[redacted],[redacted] to only 25. Such a significant reduction just for changing email addresses is beyond belief.
