On December 28, after receiving a picture of my ticket with a winning number for $[redacted], I called to confirm. However, when I inquired, I was informed over the phone that I did not win anything and was abruptly hung up on. I seek clarity on the December 28 drawing and my supposed win. My name is Kevin Kittredge, and I request to secure my account until this issue is resolved. I was also informed of another drawing for $[redacted] at the end of the month. I had refrained from participating since the first round. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and honesty in handling my inquiries.

I recently purchased a weed grabber, but it does not function as depicted. The advertisement led me to believe that I could simply stick it into the ground, squeeze the handle, and turn it to effortlessly remove weeds. Unfortunately, this is not the case. There is no squeezing mechanism on the handle; you can only turn it without any weed-pulling action. Due to arthritis, I cannot manually pull weeds, which is why I bought this tool. I am disappointed with my purchase and seek a refund. Given the misleading advertisement, I believe I should not incur shipping costs for the return. I kindly request a credit to my account for the full amount and a prepaid return label to send the item back hassle-free.

I recently received a phone call claiming I had won the PCH sweepstake drawing on 5/28 by the Prize Patrol. The caller provided details like his badge number, the PCH prize patrol manager's name, and the photographer's name, along with instructions to send money for funds transfer before receiving the prize. Sensing a scam, I hung up, especially after researching and finding a winner announced in Utah on the website. I want to alert others that scammers are misusing your information to con people. I hope legitimate winners are not missing out due to safety precautions. I have since received numerous suspicious call attempts and stopped answering. Can anyone confirm that PCH does not require winners to send funds beforehand and that this is a scam practice? Thank you.

I purchased a perennial garden set and sent a check by mail. Upon opening the package and following the instructions, I realized there were only 1 out of the 3 bare roots as promised. I contacted customer service on April 26th and was informed that the replacement would arrive within two weeks. However, the Kiowa Blackberry bare roots I received appeared dead, I planted them according to the instructions but they did not sprout any leaves. I contacted them again for replacements, but they have not arrived. Additionally, the Blueberry Kit set of 2 I ordered also died shortly after planting. At this point, I am considering not ordering plants or anything else from Publishers Clearing House anymore as items seem to be on backorder or arrive in poor condition. - Clair J., Customer ID: [redacted]4

As an older participant, I believe I canceled my account around a week before the end of June, but I am still receiving emails and mail from PCH. Despite being a loyal presidential VIP, I have not received any acknowledgment from PCH regarding my cancellation. I kindly request customer service to pass along this message to management. I have been reassured multiple times that PCH values its customers, but the lack of courtesy in acknowledging my loyalty for over 2 1/2 years does not align with that statement. My Customer ID is [redacted] [redacted]. Thank you, John L.

On June 18, [redacted], I called and cancelled my order for People Magazine. Today, July 12, [redacted], I received an issue of People en Espanol instead of the English version. It seems like there was a mix-up. I would appreciate help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

My mother is 81 years old and my late father had a reverse mortgage on their home. I need assistance. My mother is worried about the reverse mortgage and wants to ensure the house can be passed to me after her. She owes $[redacted],[redacted]. She participates in the Publisher's Clearing House sweepstakes regularly, hoping to win. However, she becomes upset when we explain that she hasn't won after receiving multiple notifications daily. Please consider helping her with this concern as she eagerly awaits the mail from Publisher's Clearing House, convinced she has won. Kindly provide her with the necessary assistance to ease her worries, or consider discontinuing the Publisher's Clearing House mailers to prevent further distress.

I recently received the official entry order form, but unfortunately, the red barcode label was missing. It seems like nothing was attached to the top section of the form, which is preventing me from completing my entry. I am unsure if the label was ever there to begin with, leading to my disappointment but not surprise in this matter.
On another note, my name, Cammie Sieber, appears on your mailing list. I have previously informed your organization that this is not the name I go by. My preferred name is Cammie, which is a shortened version of my middle name, Camille. My full name is Susan Camille Sieber. It's disappointing that this information has been disregarded.
Considering these issues, my expectations of winning the grand prize have been confirmed as low.

I recently received a letter from PCH customer service asking me to complete a survey under the threat of account termination. The survey was in response to my complaint about receiving unordered items, which I paid for and used as gifts. Despite always paying my account in full, my account was suspended. To avoid termination, I needed to fill out the survey. As a long-time customer since the early 1990s, I find this approach appalling. I decided to close my account myself as a result. My attempts to clarify the situation with PCH were met with vague responses insisting on the survey completion. This blatant disregard for customer loyalty and coherence in their policies has led me to sever ties with PCH. The unprofessional communication I received is unacceptable for any customer-oriented business. This experience has left me disillusioned and frustrated with PCH's customer service practices.

While entering a PCH contest, a pop-up suddenly appeared informing me that I had supposedly ordered a magazine called "Eating Well," which I did not do. Despite contacting customer service and being informed that nothing had been ordered, I received an email this morning stating that my order was processed. When attempting to cancel the order through my account, I found that there was no option available to do so. I urgently request that this order be canceled immediately. It is important for the website to be adjusted so customers can easily cancel orders in situations like this.

Good morning,
I need assistance regarding sending in the main postal envelope for the sweepstakes. The envelope requires a sticker on the outside, which is mandatory. Additionally, there is a sheet that needs to be returned with an order stamp, but I am not able to place an order currently. PCH has informed me that sending an empty envelope is not acceptable. As there is no purchase necessary to enter, I am uncertain about what I can include in the envelope to comply with the requirement of the sticker on the outside. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received a coupon in the mail for a $30 gift with no shipping charges. As a long-time member of Publishers Clearing House, I picked out two gifts under $30. However, even though the coupon stated no charges or shipping fees, I was still charged for the items. I didn't place an order because I didn't find anything I liked, and the coupon didn't specify that I had to place an order. I feel confused about how to return the merchandise as I don't have a computer and have not been able to reach anyone by phone despite several attempts. Thank you for your assistance.

This morning at around 6 am, I made two payments. However, I do not see any record of the payments on your website or have received any confirmation email. Despite trying to contact customer service three times, I have been unable to reach anyone as they are unable to connect me to the right department. The first payment is not due until Tuesday, and the second payment is due on Wednesday, but I made both payments early and separately. Could you please assist me in understanding what is happening with my payments?

Hello, my name is Sheronica Johnson. I received a call on Thursday, October 14, [redacted], around 11:06 a.m. from someone named "Frank." He informed me that I had won second place in the State of Georgia. I mentioned that I hadn't entered a Publisher's Clearing House contest in years due to not being interested in purchasing their products. Frank explained that it was an international lottery with a pool of people, and despite there being [redacted],[redacted] names in the Georgia pool, I had won.
Eventually, Frank asked for $[redacted] for IRS taxes related to my prize. I received an email from him with twelve pages of documentation, including letters supposedly from Mr. Omar Johnson and Mr. Stephen M. Leary. The email detailed that $[redacted] out of the $[redacted] FIDC prize insurance money was mine, along with $[redacted] from Reader's Digest as a sponsor. Frank assured me that I would receive a refund of all the money I spent.

I have been receiving persistent calls from an individual claiming to be the PCH Vice President. This person promises me a certified check for 3.5 million dollars, $5,[redacted] for life, and a [redacted] Mercedes Benz. They provide a phone number, [redacted], and an address, [redacted] Winner Circle, Ft Washington, DC [redacted]. They instruct me to inform the UPS delivery person that my package number is US91513, and demand I buy a $[redacted] gift card for identification purposes. Additionally, they insist on the delivery happening when my bank is open, showing an unusual interest in my banking information. These calls have even occurred as late as 11:38 PM. Despite my refusals, the caller becomes agitated when I decline their demands, and I am forced to end the call.

My uncle, Donny, had an accident running so he pooped on himself. It's a long story, but the group decided to create a monkey and gifts. My landlord dislikes me because Donny mentioned that if I leave, he's leaving too. Then my landlord takes my packages from Publisher's Clearing House. When I call, he doesn't give me my mail, but Donnie gets it first. I found my landlord on SpyFly, and Robert hacked into my accounts for sweepstakes cash and PayPal, draining my accounts. Publisher's Clearing House is acknowledging my winnings. I need them to resend a letter or text me. This is crucial to me. Please assist me. I'll enable all money apps. He steals my mail and has accessed his bank account. He has all our details, like age and birthday, but I was worried he would repeat it. He's a dishonest thief. He's evil. He set up something on Yahoo.com with a magnetic laptop and had four of my emails on Yahoo.com. He's a crook, so I know it's him. Mr. Talley's bank account has been depleted by him. He went through Yahoo, Robert Talley, another Donnie. At a club, he has lots of balls. I want him to go to prison for what he did to his uncle.

Good morning, my name is Lucy G., customer account number [redacted] [redacted]. I have been a loyal customer for 21 years. On Friday, November 12th, at 3:30 pm, I received a parcel from PCH. Upon opening it, I did not recognize the contents, prompting me to call at 4 pm to inquire. The person I spoke to insinuated I was seeking the item for free. This was surprising and upsetting. They mentioned a balance of $84, claiming it was for torch lights I allegedly ordered. I distinctly remember ordering lights months ago and being informed they were out of stock. I would like to clarify that I do not owe any outstanding fees and wish to cancel any pending orders. Please refrain from sending me any further items. I will return the blender you sent, covering the postage fees. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues finishing the sweepstakes games. I keep seeing "END OF GAME" in bold letters on my screen or receive a message stating that my browser has received an incomprehensible message. I have been facing this problem for months and seeking help to resolve it. The only way I can fully play the games is through mail. Before all of this started, I used to play the games well and tried hard to win because I really need it. Unfortunately, it seems I always have to find a way to stretch or be resourceful, using my imagination to make something out of items I already have and relying on the local food bank for support. I started working at a young age and continued with part-time jobs until I became disabled a few years ago. My late mother always dreamed of winning the lottery. I find myself also being a dreamer, hoping for things that never come true. I just wish I could play my games without any issues.

Hello, I have encountered a couple of issues. I am the VIP elite winner, but I have not yet received any details regarding it. I achieved red diamond status just before Christmas in [redacted], which was almost a year ago. This delay is causing me inconvenience, especially now as I recently had a four-day hospital stay with a low pulse reading of 40-42 instead of the recommended 60. My medication was adjusted, and some were removed, but I still feel dizzy and weak, and I have appointments with five different doctors. Could you please advise me on when the prize patrol will be arriving, so I can avoid scheduling conflicting appointments? It's crucial for me to have this resolved promptly to ensure I can rest as needed. Also, I would like to request that my maiden name, Evelyn Langston, be displayed on your card to address a stalker issue. My name is Evalyn K., a VIP Pro+ member.

I enjoy playing the games on PCH but am hesitant about ordering products as it is not necessary to win. Ordering often results in additional shipping and handling charges for each item, which is difficult for me on a fixed, low income. Practical items are more valuable to me than frivolous ones, especially during Christmas. The recent game prompting orders feels conflicting, with the urgency to order for a chance to win. As a business, I understand the need to generate revenue, but the constant push to order becomes tiresome. Currently, I am focusing on making do with what I have due to financial constraints. Budgeting for essentials like food is challenging, and I must seek bargains at clearance or second-hand stores. Healthy food and medical expenses are priorities over unnecessary purchases. While this may be just one person's perspective, I believe many others share similar financial struggles. Thank you for listening to my feedback.
